Cold Creek Retreat - Sauna, Foosball, Pets, Hiking Trails

Property was very clean with great amenities. Location to Heavenly ski resort & casinos was ideal. We loved being walking distance to Snow Creek Trailhead. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in the woods. This home was very clean, amazing views from every room. Most relaxing vacation. We loved every minute and made great memories we will cherish forever.

Beautiful house and property. Fully equipped with all kitchen and bath needs. The property manager even brought a new skillet when I discovered a well worn one that all of the non-stick finish had worn off of. Loved walking around the property. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Tahoe.

We especially enjoyed the peaceful privacy of this cabin's location with only 1 visible neighbor on our side of the street (and that one fairly far away). Everything was clean and, even though there wasn't air conditioning, the house stayed comfortably cool during the day. And there were no mosquitoes! I'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cold Creek Retreat. The house was a great size for our family of 7 and a dog. We enjoyed the scenic views and comfortable amenities. The location was great also! We enjoyed boating, hiking, biking and swimming at the beaches.

It was a great stay! We enjoyed the location- close to Stateline for shopping, casinos but far enough away to enjoy the views, tranquility and peace of the forest and mountains! Amazing views, we had quality family time, cooked out and enjoyed the coziness of the home. We will always remember this family getaway!

The home was charming, clean and well-appointed. The tree views off the back patio with the sound of the creek below are peaceful and relaxing. Management is professional and kept us informed regarding the reservation from inital booking to check-out. I highly recommend this vacation home and it's property managers!

The cabin and layout was perfect for our group. The place was clean and comfortable and enjoyed the finishing touches. The balcony made you feel perched up in a tree house which was very scenic and nice. We would come back again.

As advertised, clean, quiet. Mainly because of the weather, it was a little difficult because the driveway was iced up but understandable given the weather. Warm and cozy with throw blankets. Kitchen nicely appointed.

The facility was exactly as described and we used all the amenities; fireplace, dry sauna, foosball table. The kitchen had adequate cooking/dining utensils and we cooked each night. Very comfortable place and the two car garage was handy since it snowed 2 of the 3 days we stayed. They had snow shovels as well as salt to melt any ice. We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is exact as what you can see from the photos, clean, beautiful, and quite. My family and I enjoyed the time we spend in the house, and will go back and rent the same house if we get a chance.

This was a beautiful and gorgeous home. We had a little interesting time checking in due to the winter storm and the power being out, but we embraced the situation and ended up sleeping in front of the fireplace our first night. They also had an “emergency” box with games, led lanterns, and other supplies that enabled us to make it through in more comfort than it would have been otherwise. RnR was very responsive to the situation and the location was amazing. Definitely would recommend coming here!

We loved our stay so much we extended it! The house had everything we needed, was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and private but still close enough to all the activities you need. We had a great stay.

This house was a great option for south Lake. The house has a nice, open kitchen, comfortable beds, and loved that there were no backyard neighbors. At this price point, we were a little disappointed with a couple things though. First off, our check in was delayed due to the housekeepers not having the house clean. Inside the house, several things weren’t working right (refrigerator and sauna) and we had to reach out. It was missing simple things like pepper and cooking spray (both were empty in the cupboard.) Overall, a comfy stay that we enjoyed.

This cabin was everything we thought it would be. Very clean, well equipped, and perfectly located. The trail network that surrounds the property is perfect for exploring and small walks, and is beautiful. The cabin is 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe, and so close to so many other activities and destinations! The deck was great for relaxing with a lot of privacy and a nice view, and the kitchen within the cabin was well equipped and perfect for our group of 6. Would definitely be back for a stay in Tahoe, and would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a stay. Hosts communicated timely and professionally.

This was such a great cabin to be in for our stay. We had a fantastic time. The cabin was very clean and had a lot of fun games in addition to the foosball table. We spent a lot of time in there and it was perfect!

Awesome location, easy to get around South Lake Tahoe from this home. The deck has amazing views, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House is quite comfortable, cozy and clean. We haven’t stayed in a lot of professionally managed vacation rentals, and there is a difference when it comes to all “the little things”…excellent hospitality! We will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful with an excellent location - close to beautiful hiking and skiing. There's plenty of room with comfy beds and newly renovated bathrooms and common areas! Super clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

We will definitely be returning! The location is perfect! You get the Tahoe experience next to ski slopes without it being loud or busy, but conveniently close to town if you need to grab some things. This place is decorated so nice, it’s very clean and the beds are super comfy. I would definitely recommend!

A beautiful cabin filled with everything we needed! Wonderful beds, a kitchen that made cooking easy, plenty of space to relax and play. We loved starting our days with coffee on the deck, and after our hikes the sauna was fantastic. Location A+! Hiking, a stream, and close to everything Tahoe. We'll be back when it snows!!

This place is a big bit of heaven! Location, location, location!! Surrounded by beautiful trees, no traffic, and every convenience! The mountains are so peaceful, and this rental made the stay even nicer. Everything you could want from the kitchen to the luxury bedrooms and game room. We had so much fun, waking up to the sound of birds, and having our tea on the deck. And returning after a day of hiking to the sauna. It was easy to go into town, or stay home and cook or do take out. We will be returning to enjoy the snow and ease of getting to the resorts! Love this cabin!!

We were so happy to see that the fire was not anywhere near this beautiful cabin. The children had so much fun playing outside while we watched them from the balcony. There were all kinds of hikes from easy to challenging close by which was a plus and we were thrilled to see how close the ski resorts were. Everything in the cabin was new and immaculately clean which always makes me happy! We look forward to returning this winter to try out the skiing!

Our family and another had a great stay. There was plenty of room for the two couples and six kids in total. The kids had lots of fun exploring the woods behind the cabin and the beautiful stream. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay in the Cold Creek cabin. It was quiet and so relaxing. The place was perfect for hiking, reading on the porch, and cozy nights by the fire.
