Great stay and would recommend this location

Just wonderful

We loved our stay at Bear hollow - so kid friendly and packed with so much for all of us to enjoy. Our kids loved the backyard and enjoyed eating popsicles every night under the trees. The adults love the hot tub time. The kitchen was well stocked making family dinners so easy. Since we traveled from SoCal, we really appreciated having the Guava lotus crib, dining boosters, and all the games/toys at the house - this allowed us to pack light! Management was great and responsive. We did have an issue with the key pad but they were able to take care of it within a couple of hours.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home - it was absolutely perfect for our family and the range of ages we had on the trip: young children, middle-aged, and older adults - there was something for everyone. We will absolutely stay here again and specifically, highly recommend to anyone with small children.

Gorgeous home, spacious bedrooms including a theatre room! More of just a home, it was an experience we'll never forget. Hot tub, BBQ, fun things for little kiddos too. The service we received from booking to prior to arrival was stellar. Top notch company to communicate with and vacation through. Thank you for your help creating lasting memories for our family!!

Honestly the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in probably 20stays over 10+ years. Place is so kid friendly with great toys and an amazing kids backyard and walk out trails. Even has kids silverware and a ton of duplos. I’ll end by highlighting the management company, which I NEVER thought I would right in Airbnb, as an enormous positive. Apparently the vacuum had broken before our stay which they noticed (yay) and replaced on the day of our arrival. They were the cherry on top of an awesome house.

House was amazing! We all had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. Backyard was so much fun for all of us.

We loved staying at this house. There were so many things for my 3-year old son to do, like play in the playground out back and watch movies on the projector! There were also a lot of toys there to keep him occupied. The hot tub was great but so strange that the police will come give you a ticket if you stay in the hot tub after 10... not RnR's policy so you can't fault them. It's just an odd thing to note for the area in general. Overall we loved our stay here!

A fantastic accommodation choice for your visit to the South Lake Tahoe area! The house has been beautifully remodeled and offers ample space. While the amenities are superb, we were disappointed to find the hot tub out of service during our stay due to a leak.

We loved our stay at Bear Hollow. It’s perfect for families, the beds were super comfortable, and the house was very well appointed with good qualities kitchen items, games, and everything we needed for a cozy winter family vacation.

Overall, it was a delightful experience. The home is beautifully designed and it is an ideal choice for those looking to ski both Heavenly and Kirkwood. The private hot tub, projection room, and ample space added a lot to our enjoyment. The interior of the house was well-appointed and comfortable. This Airbnb is a fantastic ski retreat with great amenities and thoughtful design. However, the stringent rules and potential fines can be a cause for concern, impacting the overall relaxation and enjoyment of the stay. If you're comfortable navigating through these rules, it's a wonderful place to create lasting memories.

Everyone agreed that we would definitely come back and stay at this exact house again! There was a total of four adults and four kids ranging from 4 to 8 years old and everyone had an amazing time and did not want to leave. There was plenty of things to do Inside the house for both kids and adults. Being able to use the Internet and all streaming services that we have at home with ease was excellent. Response time was very fast and very helpful. This was truly an amazing vacation and it could not have been great without this amazing Airbnb.

Great quiet neighborhood (be mindful). Amazingly well set up house if you have young kids. Can hike on trails right out of the neighborhood to upper truckee river. Short drive to everything else. We’ll be back if it’s available

Beautiful home and location. Great for kids ages 2 and up. Plenty of board games, toys to play inside and projector upstairs was a nice touch for movies at night. Good proximity to downtown south lake tahoe about 15 minute drive.
