Wonderful ..This house is in a good location. Our family enjoyed this house so much . The lay out of this house work so well and the backyard is awesome, my grand kids had so much fun. The kitchen is stock really well and my family enjoyed being in the Kitchen together at the end of the day. We will definitely will be coming back, this place has become our favorite vacation place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Pines! The house was perfect for our needs, kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the hiking trails nearby. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub and the bbq was fantastic. A great stay for us and our adult children and spouses. We even got to see a bear our last morning. Looking forward to vacationing in Lake Tahoe again.

Communication was excellent - house was perfect for our two families - very clean and user friendly. Could use a few more towels, etc. but the washer dryer easy to use. Communication was excellent - we felt very taken care of! Easy to get to all Heavenly bases and Village. We used the hot tub every day - We had a great time We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect house for family with kids! Spacious kitchen, family room and bedrooms. We all loved the classic freestanding arcade machine and hot tub! The house was clean, well equipped and kid friendly. Excellent location in South Lake Tahoe. The management company was responsive and friendly too. Great get away!

The house was awesome for our family of 6! Plenty of space and so clean! Nice family room and game room with an open concept if cooking. The bedrooms were so comfortable we plan on buying duvets similar to the ones on all the beds. The backyard was fun for all ages with outdoor seating, bbq, hot tub, and games for the kids.

This property was just as advertised. The house was spacious and comfortable with lots of fun activities. The house was clean and tidy in a great location/neighborhood. House rules were clear and concise and communication with property managers was easy. I would recommend this house to any group looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe.

My golf buddies stayed here for a tournament and enjoyed our stay. The location was good -- it was 12 minutes from the casinos and walking distance to the High Meadows Trail. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and using the grill. The master bed was awesome, and much better than other beds I've slept on. Some minor issues included the glass backdoor made it a pain to go in and out of the backyard (it ended up being damaged), upstairs bathroom faucets only had warm water, the rustic wood furniture wasn't very comfortable. The garage was large enough for my Tundra, but not wide enough for 2 large vehicles.

Our stay at this property was perfect for our group of 7 adult women. The management team was very organized, and prompt with responses. They had a guide book to the house in the foyer and other helpful signs and tips for vacationing in the area, as well as fresh towels in each room and hand soap each bathroom. If I needed anything I could reach them via text as well which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable , and represented as said on the website. The games in th home were a big hit! Backyard was a great gathering place and jacuzzi was a nice addition. Everything we needed was provided by the home as far as cooking utensils, hair dryers, washing machine detergent etc

It was a great property! The only thing we would of chad was the amount of snow, lol. I guess nature disagrees. Great home, great service from the rental company!

Property was so clean, well maintained and just beautiful. The master bedroom tub had a spectacular view of the pines trees. We were so close to everything, and our entire group slept so comfortably! (6 adults and 3 children). We are already planning our next trip for next year!

We enjoyed the stay in nice and clean place.

First it was a great home with so much space to hangout and for a large group to sleep. We ended up going in a record snowfall year, so there was a little window leaking and other snow difficulties. Unfortunately the hot tub broke the final night, but working with the RnR team trying to troubleshoot was a great customer experience. We went to Heavenly, the North Shore, and the short (10 minute) drive down to town for dinner and fun at the casinos. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoy this house a lot for a long weekend with snow in Tahoe The place was super nice, really practical and close to most things we needed. The area is really calm too. And for snow, there was an amazing sledding hill just down the road which was amazing for the kids

Beautiful house for a snowy Tahoe trip! The house has plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes/cookware needed for dinner at the house. Definitely recommend all wheel drive or tire chains to access during times of heavy snow (we had zero problems with the roads with a AWD car and snow tires).

We LOVED this property! We were a group of 12, with 5 adults and 7 kids ranging between 3 – 15 years old. The property shows as well in person as it does in the photos. We went in December, and the snow was MAJESTIC. The back and front yards were covered/piled in snow, and the kids (and even us adults) enjoyed hours of playing in it! The house is extremely spacious, and the heating warmed the house up perfectly! The house was clean, rustic, and overall everything we hoped the house rental would be! We made so many great memories here and would consider returning. The management agency was FANTASTIC! Very responsive and very customer-focused. Absolutely have no complaints on that front. Really, we have no “complaints” at all; however, there are a few items/issues that could be improved upon for an almost perfect experience: 1) The knives were dull and needs to be replaced and/or sharpened. 2) The cookware (skillets and pans) has seen better days and needs to be updated/replaced. 3) Every cabinet in the kitchen had items in them, and the pantry was not made available for our dry food items. As a group of 12, we brought a significant amount of food with us, and all of the dry items had to sit out in bags and tubs because there wasn’t sufficient space to place them in cabinets/pantry. 4) Lastly, the dish soap provided didn’t clean very well, a better quality dish soap should be considered. Again, none of the above items deterred from a great vacation at this beautiful house. Oh, and did I mention the free arcade video game was a HUGE HIT with us all… every last one of us enjoyed playing. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is amazing. It is a quiet neighborhood next to hiking trails. The house is very cozy. Having the arcade unit was a huge plus for our son.

Our two families had a great time visiting the home during the Thanksgiving Break. Located close enough to Stateline but just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had plenty of room for comfort and there were more than enough beds for all. There were a few minor hiccups with the Hot Tub and Wifi, but the issues were worked through and problem solved by the property managers very efficiently.

Had a great time at this property. Very quiet in the neighborhood. Tons of space in the house and unlike some other properties I have stayed at this was fully stocked all around. Arcade game they have in the house was a blast. backyard is spacious and beautiful. Management company was very easy to contact and work with which made the trip that much better. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to just have a relaxing time.

This home is stunning and well kept! Super clean and all towels were folded waiting on the bed for each guest. Beds were extremely comfortable! This property is perfect for coming home to relax in after a long day on the trails! Great backyard and extremely quiet neighborhood! Close to trails, lake, spa, and grocery store. 10/10!

Our vacation was the most relaxing time! The house was set up perfectly for our family. The pac man game was a big hit with the group. The backyard allowed us to play catch and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. Absolutely perfect! Will be booking again!

Every year we rent a house in Tahoe for a family reunion trip. This house has been the best one to date. It had the perfect amount of space for 6 adults and 5 kids under 5. We never felt like we were crowded and there was plenty of space for the kids to be kids. The location was in great proximity to Heavenly as well as a short drive to many beaches. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Exceptional property. Our family created wonderful memories.

This was probably one of my favorite stays for a vacation by far. It was our second time renting a house and this one checked all the boxes for all 8 of us. 6 adults and 2 little kids fit extremely comfortable. Plenty of space in the bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the morning. Very satisfied with the size of the beds in the rooms and happy to see that each of them had ceiling fans. A huge back yard that still had a mound of snow in it for the kids to play in. We made breakfast, lunch and dinner in the house every day we stayed and the kitchen was equipped with all the dishes for what we needed. We brought our own cooking oil and our spices but the kitchen had some basic seasonings and even tea which was super nice. We will definitely be making this spot our annual vacation to the snow and maybe even some summer trips!

We stayed here with a group of 6 guys and the house was just as advertised! Very clean everything worked as expected and we had a great stay. My only problem was that apparently the beds in the two multiple bed rooms were very uncomfortable and this place is more suited for two couples and children.With that being said I would definitely stay here again but probably four single adults max. Fortunately and unfortunately we never had any contact with the host because we had zero problems with the house!!!!!! I highly recommend any place that RNR vacation rentals manages!!!

Property was amazing. Beds were in great conditions. We were so impressed we reserved for the following year.

The house was well maintained and stocked with good kitchen items. There is a camera light in the backyard that was crazy bright and kept going on and off all night. If you stayed in that room it’s pretty annoying because the blinds don’t keep the light out. We couldn’t even tell what was making the light go on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Furnishings are comfortable and the floor plan is perfect for a family of six. We enjoyed evenings in the spacious back yard. The hot tub and fire pit were nice features. The owner sent us a wonderful welcome package and a personal thank you note which was a thoughtful touch. We have been coming to South Lake for over forty years, so our traditions of spending the day at Baldwin Beach, home barbecues and some dinners out at our favorite spots are how we spend our days. The house binder did offer some new tips for dining out that were greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would like to make is the kitchen could use some dish towels and pot holders. Otherwise we will definitely book this property again and will recommend it to others.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious, clean home! Very comfortable beds, great hangout and eating spaces, lovely backyard with hot tub. Close to town, the lake and Heavenly resort!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. We were two families each with one child. There was plenty of space for the kids to go off on their own and watch TV, as well as a giant snowy back yard where the kids could build snowmen and play. The hot tub was a real treat after days on the slopes. We had one issue with no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, and the host addressed it and fixed it immediately. Great service and experience all around. Also highly recommend walking through the woods at the trail head up the street. Fantastic nature walk. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this home. The beds were super comfy the downstairs living areas were perfect to give the adults and kiddos their own space. The Backyard was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The team and RNR was very responsive to our needs for checking in and out. We left one the kiddos Nintendo switch after checking out and they were able to locate it and ship it back to us. We will definitely be adding this to our list of go to rentals in South Lake.

Beautiful and cozy large place with an amazing master suite. Great place to hang with your family. It’s minutes away from downtown, and is maintained very well. The checkin is easy, as well as communication and can be done through another app that R&R uses.

This was my first visit to Tahoe and I was very pleased with my stay! My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the home. Definitely remember to remove the food from your car. A bear ate my birthday cake!

Beautiful home on a very quite street. Great home for a large family with all the amenities you’ll need. Included hot tub, video games and table shuffle board. Big and well equipped kitchen ready for any level of home cooking. Location is a bit far from the lake and the main strip, but is worth it for the privacy.

This home is super cozy, and VERY clean! It was nice to have two separate living rooms with large TV's so the kids can be in one area and adults in another. There was also not an overwhelming amount of stairs. We would love to stay here again.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times now and it is truly great. It’s a beautiful home with nice furniture and great amenities. The location is close to Heavenly village, but far enough away that you enjoy peace and quiet. The shuffleboard and arcade is a lot of fun. We go to Tahoe at least once a year and have stayed at many other places. This is definitely one of the best places that we have stayed!

Had a wonderful time with my whole family spending Christmas in this wonderful house in the snow. My grandkids loved it!

This house was perfect for our large family! We spent the week of Christmas and it was so fun! The kids really enjoyed the big yard to play in the snow and found a little hill just down the road. I would highly recommend this property l. We will be coming back!
