Lakeland Village #115 - Newly Remodeled Studio Walk to Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. The staff was amazing. It was a great central location and very easy to get in and out of. The parking garage was definitely a huge plus in the snow.

This place was newly renovated, great location in South Lake Tahoe, clean, very roomy, and very comfortable. It was quite beautiful.

The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It was a very short walk to the nice private beach. Location was next door to the Lake Link for free rides to get anywhere we needed in the area, that wasn’t already in walking distance.

Excellent location, let us check in early! We did see a couple bears but the property warns you ahead of time not to leave food ANYWHERE. we loved it and would stay there again!

Highly recommend! Quick and easy walk to the lake or to stores/restaurants nearby! parking convenient, pool areas were well kept, and place was very clean!

We loved the updated and fresh home. It was perfect for our visit. The parking garage was wonderful. Trees out the window of the balcony were lovely. I hope the other units were as nice as ours.

This condo was perfect for a couple, had everything we needed for our stay. Covered parking, kitchen had coffee station and pots/pans if you wanted to cook. The property had a private beach on the lake with a gorgeous view. Great location to all bars, restaurants, and recreational activities. Such a fantastic place!

Perfect place for two! We stayed for a full week and enjoyed all the amenities. This studio had everything we needed and is in close proximity to anywhrwe wanted to go. We love that it took less than a minute to walk down to the beach and enjoy the water. The property and surrounding area are very well maintained! Very comfortable furniture !

Comfortable stay, most everything you could need included.

We were here to attend our son’s wedding. This property was a perfect choice. It was close to where other family was staying, close to go out and explore and loved that it had a kitchen so we didn’t have to have all our meals out. It was roomy and clean and the property had good amenities. I would stay here again if we came to Tahoe again.

Comfortable, close to everything

My friend and I traveled from NYC to Lake Tahoe for a ski trip getaway. Our biggest priorities were finding a place that felt like home, was centrally located, and had a hot tub of course. This studio fit the bill perfectly. The space was extremely clean and cozy upon arrival and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the property manager was quick and reliable with little to no hiccups throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone planning a trip to South Tahoe.

Nice in town location

Very good the room, it is in a good area with safeway and cvs that can be accessed by walking. Very cozy place with heated pool and sauna

This space was so cozy and in such a great location. Close enough to walk to almost anything, if you like taking short and long walks. Otherwise, less than 10 mins to drive to everything near by. Easy access to beach space on the lake. Space was super clean and nicely decorated. RnR team is super professional and tons of proactive communication. It made to female friends feel so safe staying in one of their spaces. I will definitely look to stay in one of their spaces again.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Great kitchen resources. Felt like living at home. Lots of specific instructions, but very easy to follow. We never felt confused at any step, and we didn't need to interact with anyone to get inside. Walked in like we owned the place! Very comfortable bed! The bedding is so plush and warm that you might actually overheat yourself if you turn the fireplace and radiator up too high. Thanks for the stay! I would absolutely go back someday.

Great spot if you’re looking to stay next to all the restaurants and breweries. It has a modern style inside with all the utilities you need (microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking to explore South Lake Tahoe and stay somewhere on the nicer end of things.

This studio was perfect! Clean, had all of the needed amenities, great location, etc! We’ll be back here or to another RNR Vacation Rental, because they take great care of their properties & tenants.
