Lakeland Village #206 1BR Heavenly Hideaway hot tub, AC

We enjoyed our stay. This rental is centrally located to restaurants, casinos and shopping. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lake Tahoe is beautiful, and the place is super close to everything which made it so convenient to explore! Not to mention, the place was squeaky clean when we got there and it was beautiful. I definitely recommend checking this air bnb out!

This is a nice 1 BR place in the heart of South Tahoe. Although this unit doesn't have a lake view, the complex has a great private beach, lakeside pool and hot tub. This unit has some nice upgrades and includes an AC unit which was nice to use after a long day of hiking. We also like the full kitchen. It saves some of the cost of meals out by making breakfast and lunch. Overall a great place for the price.

The property was a nice hub for our active days, stayed with my wife and two young boys who share the sofa bed. The pools were a highlight, the property had security and parking and was on the lake, good entry level visit to tahoe for us. The property was pleasant and of good value. I’m a very light sleeper and the road noise in the master did not bother me (Other reviews had me nervous). The boys also like walking to the beach. Overall no major hiccups. Property owner is very responsive.

We loved our stay. Great location and clean space with everything we needed

This was perfect for our family of 4. My kids both have allergies so rentals can be a challenge for us. However this place was so clean, their allergies didn’t tick off the whole time. It was conveniently located a short drive from the Heavenly California lodge and a short drive to many restaurants. We also walked across the street to Whole Foods to stock up on some essentials for our stay. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful home with stunning views of the Lake. Kitchen well stocked with spices & some condiment items. Lots of dishes, pots & pans availabile. Beds super comfy. Host very friendly easy to contact. Will definitely book again.

Had a nice stay with my husband. This condo has mostly everything a traveler would need. From toiletries, coffee and tea, and even basic cooking needs. The firm but comfy bed was a treat for my backache. Hot tub and heated pool was amazing after a long day. I like how lots of businesses are just nearby, yet the village feels quiet and peaceful. I do recommend this place. Thank you!

Apartment nice and well equipped. It was nice to prepare some meals. Laundry services close. It was right on route 50 and we heard a lot of road noise. The resort property itself is a bit worn and in need of an upgrade.

I'm always a little nervous about Airbnb's, but this unit is really great for a fair price. It's within a "lodge" / larger building with many units, but the units themselves are individually owned. Having walked past some of the other units that had their door open, I can say this unit is probably one of the nicer ones. The lodge itself (not this unit) is under some construction. It looks mostly light work and didn't disturb us for 99% of the trip. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was a power outage from about 9am to noon on our last day. It was fixed quickly, which is a token of reliability to me. Things happen; few Airbnb's act fast. My only critique would be making trash disposal for the lodge more clear. As we were leaving on our last morning, there was a bear eating something in the garage. I have a feeling it's because trash disposal is confusing, so something got left out. Maybe bear encounters are unavoidable or commonplace, but it's something to be aware of.

We liked the convenient location. Parked the car and never moved it for 3 days.

Love being able to walk to everywhere in town. Room was very clean. Outdoor areas are very clean and monitored closely. We will return soon.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are coming back next year! Very nice, comfortable condo for two. Yes, it is on a busy road and you get noise from that, but the balcony is so private, for us it outweighs the noise. You can’t hear it inside. The complex is very nice, beach is great, although they could use more chairs and umbrellas would be nice too! Overall, great location, walk to restaurants and beach!

We had a very nice stay. The property was as advertised, and the price was fair. The furnishings looks a little dated and worn, but the bed was very comfortable.

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend away hitting the slopes at Heavenly. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed walking the grounds, visiting the lake, and winding down in the hot tub.

Close to Heavenly and shops. All the ammenities of home. Would stay here again

It was the perfect place for our family of 4 for our ski trip. It was a 5-minute drive to Heavenly. The unit had everything we needed. The interior was updated. On the days we were not skiing, the lake bank was just a short walk away, and the view there was amazing.

We Will definitely be coming back here next time we come back to Tahoe , nice area not to far from a bunch of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering this air bnb !

My first trip to South Tahoe. This was a comfortable and clean condo. Check in and communication were flawless and the front desk staff extremely friendly! The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have experienced through a rental platform. It is on the main road, so street traffic is noticeable. We stayed Mid Oct. 2022, off season, and the building was under construction, making the week days a bit noisey to nap and enjoy time indoors. There is covered parking available. Overall we were very pleased and happy to recommend this for a couple.

This was a great place to stay in Tahoe for a trip with my fiance for the week. Very central location to everything including trails, views, activities, restaurants, and nightlife. The place was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and as advertised!

We had a lovely stay in South Lake at the RnR condo. It was clean, great facilities and conveniently located to the boating and paddle boarding activities. The pool and beach were clean and easy to get to on the property. It was a great stay and we would stay at Lakeland again. Thank you!

The condo was well equipped, functional and very clean. The decor was tasteful and cozy. Easy walk to the private beach and many amenities including two pools, and two hot tubs on site. Great place to stay, RnR vacation rentals did a great job. We will be back.

A clean, spacious, central location

Nice home to experience all there is to do in Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. A cozy and comfortable place to relax after a day of skiing.

Great stay

The property was even better than we expected and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The upgrades to the unit made the stay incredibly comfortable, it was very clean, and it was much nicer than the other dated units at the property. The hosts were very thorough and helpful with their stay information, making everything incredibly smooth. The location speaks for itself and we walked to basically everything we did in town. Amazing stay!

This is a perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe! The location is wonderful and it was 3 min walk from our condo to the dock to enjoy beautiful views! We were a little off season to enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities but they were beautifully kept up and in great locations on the property. Our condo had all the personal touches including a gas fireplace, fuzzy blankets and a tea kettle that I used everyday! We were provided with incredible detailed recommendations for dining, activities and how to navigate the area. Check in and out were so easy and everything I needed, I found easily around the space. I would definitely recommend this property for your next visit!

The Beach Hideaway condo was the perfect spot for our fall trip to Lake Tahoe. The condo is nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the nice thick towels. One slight drawback with the space: the bathroom is quite small. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach area of Lakeland Village. The location was great - within walking distance to Heavenly Village, and within a short drive to gorgeous hiking trails along Emerald Bay, Tahoe Mountain, and the Tahoe Rim Trail.

Rustic, cozy and comfortable. kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook.. the fireplace is so cute and kept us warm. The condo was very clean and well kept. I love that they have a fan in the bedroom for the white noise that most need to sleep with, I'm of them. It's centrally located close to everything that you need.

Excellent space for a longer vacation. Well maintained. Kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking. Very clean, very stylish. My friends and I had a great time. Access to the beach was a big bonus!

Very clean. Near everything in South Lake Tahoe. Enjoyed our stay. My only minor complaint would be since it is right off the main road there is a lot of road noise, but that was easily remedied by turning on the fan at night.
