This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience & breathtaking surroundings. Situated on the second floor of the main lodge, this condo offers convenient access to elevators, saunas, the fitness center, lodge pool & hot tub & underground parking.

Lakeland Village Resort is ideally located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, just one mile from the Heavenly ski area & within walking distance of diverse dining options, parks, shopping & the Ski Run Marina.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 3 if children are included. It cannot host more than 2 adults. This applies 24/7.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The bathroom features a combination shower/tub separate from the sink & vanity area.

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member.
