Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.
The newly renovated kitchen is ideal for romantic dinners, with its high-end equipment, large refrigerator, & complete set of cookware. Perfect for a couple or business visitors seeking peace & quality in the center of South Lake Tahoe, this studio mixes convenience & comfort perfectly.
Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd. a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, walking distance to Whole Foods & Safeway grocery stores, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs,& bowling.
Plus, get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service.
IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the on-site management company & does not include access to daily maid service, the Lakeland Village shuttle van, or towel service. No worries; we provide all the linens & towels for your use in the home & at the beach.
There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This condo was in a perfectly convenient location, and the host was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. We rented a pack and play and a high chair for our toddler, and everything was there and ready for us when we got there.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals. Coffee was also provided. We enjoyed some evenings on the nice balcony. The amenities that the property provided were also great and included 2 pools (one heated) and hot tubs. There was a beach access directly on the property. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The condo is the perfect size for a couple. Lovely location and the amenities were amazing. Two pools, 2 spas, beautiful beach and laundry on-site. We would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Heidi’s restaurant right next door for a fabulous breakfast and Taste of Tahoe for a delicious dinner one evening. Would definitely recommend this location and RnR vacation homes for anyone looking for a wonderful week get away.

We stayed for 4 nights & loved it!!! The place was absolutely everything a couple needs. Great studio situation. The grounds of Lakeland Village are kept pristine. Awesome beach, we never had to wait for a chair. Awesome fire pits and pools/hot tubs. The views from the beach are awesome

Great place. We stayed here where we rock climbed all around south lake. This spot was a quick drive to some great locations. The host sent me a ton of information before we even got there. Any question I had was answered well before I could ever ask it. Overall, great spot. Very clean. Very Safe. Almost has a nice hotel vibe.

Its a beautiful space, its safe. We went during the blizzard, had no power for 12 hours...but once it was restored we were able to enjoy ourselves for the most part! RnR responds effectively. Location is in the center of where you want go in either direction , definitely a lovely community to be in.

Lakeland village is a great place to stay! It has private lake access, hot tubs, pools and is extremely close to all sort of shopping and dining experience. There is also a shuttle that goes to heavenly ski resort. The room was clean and affordable. It also came with a fully functional kitchen. Cannot beat the price with all that you get!

For future guests to note - the shuttle has been discontinued at Lakeland Village and is not available for guest use. However, there is Lake Link which is a great free shuttle that we recommend to all of our guests. The apartment was fantastic! It was very clean and comfortable. The building it is in is fairly old, but the apartment is very modern. There is excellent communication from RnR Vacation Rentals. I thought we would have a view of the lake, but we didn’t. That was my fault for not checking. Regardless, we enjoyed the apartment, and would definitely stay again.
