We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect and close to everything you need as far as food, shops, and fun. The home was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the sauna was not working properly.

We stayed here as two couples late 30’s early 40’s and it was a great fit. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier, the place was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic.

This was a perfect spot for our group. Walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants along with beach access to Lake Tahoe. Property did a great job of communicating and checking in with us as well!

We were in town for a bike race and the location was perfect. Easy walk or drive to great downtown locations and was close to the race start event (a plus for us). Appreciated having easy beach access and was grateful for all the communication.

R and R Vacation Rentals really made this experience perfect. The photos of the unit are exactly what we walked into. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices and oil. There was complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar and teas that were enough for our entire 4 day stay. We were also welcomed by a bottle of great red wine and 2 Lake Tahoe refillable water bottles that kept our drinks cold while at the beach. The balcony overlooks the main road and pool. The upgrade to the windows and doors made the traffic on the road soundproof. The unit is on the smaller side but was perfect for our stay. The bedroom downstairs has a very comfortable pillow top bed and the loft bedroom upstairs has very FIRM bed. Both were comfortable. We have rented at Lakeland Village before and just love the location, private beach and 2 pools. Casinos and shopping are a 5 minute drive. Across the street is a Whole Foods and there are many great food choices within walking 's a great place to come and we look forward to our next stay.

Excellent rental - everything was as advertised in the photos and description. The condo was “move in ready” and very welcoming. The welcome binder is full of great suggestions which we used. The surrounding complex is on the beach and walkable to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and bike rentals. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive almost immediately. Perfect location to explore South Lake Tahoe.

Well located and awesome that it’s right on the lake. It ended up snowing while we were there and we loved that we had the gas fireplace. The building is a bit dated and the bathroom is very small (may be difficult to use if you have limited mobility) but the apartment is comfortable and included everything we needed like fans, extra blankets and stuff to cook with. worked well for us

We stayed at Lakeland Village in South Lake Tahoe. The location is perfect. The unit we stayed in was cozy, perfect for two people. The listing was exactly as described. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We spent a long weekend in Lake Tahoe and this condo was the perfect place to come back to each night. It as been nicely updated and has everything that you would need. The couch and beds are comfortable and it is right on Hwy 50 close to restaurants and shopping. The downstairs bathroom is a little awkward with the small sink area in the hall and a very small toilet and shower area but doable. It was quiet and very comfortable and had private access to the lake with a beach and pier.

We enjoyed our time in Lake Tahoe and this condo was the perfect place to come back to each night. The beds and couch were very comfortable and everything had been updated nicely. The private lake access with a beach and pier was also a great addition. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was attractive and well-equipped. I enjoyed the community amenities: heated pool, large Jacuzzi, workout room, and dry sauna. Underground parking was a plus. The property management company was professional and made for a wonderful stay. Heavenly ski resort is nearby and even more beautiful than I had imagined.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us. It was exactly as pictured. Would def stay here again! The underground parking was key! Great communication with condo contact especially in light of the blizzard!!! The binder of suggested dining was very helpful!

Great place to stay for a weekend at Heavenly. Very comfortable for our group of four. Enjoyed the hot tub.

This place was awesome. The host was amazingly helpful and the pool, spa, gym and sauna are awesome. The location and facility here were top notch. 3-5 minutes from Heavenly Valley. The place is super nice and cozy. 3 TV’s, 2 king beds. A balcony. We had a blast!! Thanks so much RNR!!

The location is very convenient, close to whole food, and heavenly resort. There are two beds in the room, one bed room and one loft bed room. Kids loved the loft bed room.

It was very clean, easy to find, walkable, and clear, easy check-in. There were a few minor issues and staff were very responsive and kind. Overall very pleasant experience.

This property is super cute and comfortable. Management is super helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay again!
