Lakeland Village #406 - The Lake Escape

Beautiful place to stay and close to places we needed to visit.

All was great . But overall the location it’s great easy access to the lake and everything it’s by walking distance. The house it’s super clean and cozy . It was an amazing experience thank you guys .

RNR team was easy to work with, highly responsive and proactively communicated with us. The condo was well designed and comfortable for our family of 4. Could have easily accommodated another two adults. There was some confusion about which amenities were available to us and functional during our stay. There are a few private beaches in the same area so pay close attention to the written details in the guest book. Besides that we had a fabulous time!

Very impressed with the home and amenities. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were on the ground floor.

This RnR Vacation rental was beautiful, peaceful and exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and cozy and we felt right at home. There were plenty of instructions which were extremely helpful! There were stores and restaurants close by and we even walked to a few of them. They also provided recommendations, which were great! The grounds were peaceful and the lake and views were so beautiful. Our whole family loved this location, including our 18 and 21 yr old kids! We had zero complaints! :-) We would love to stay here again!

Everywhere we went. Favorite thing was it didn’t have a lot of check out rules before leaving. Only complaint we had was parking, but from the looks of the construction that will be improved!

great location. whole foods. Safeway. five guys. Panda Express nearby. very short walk to beach. fire pits. no AC but still very comfy end of June almost 80 degrees. would stay again.

Nice place to stay near the lake and restaurants

We had such a wonderful stay at 406.

The unit was warm and inviting, as well as spotless. We had more than enough space between the three bedrooms and living spaces. Extra blankets, towels, and other helpful items were provided.

The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook meals, including pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and a full set of spices (which you don’t often see at a rental). Plus, there was a coffee maker with coffee at the ready, a hot water machine for pour-overs and tea, and a toaster to prepare our breakfast sandwiches.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was nice and quiet as we slept peacefully through the nights. As a bonus, there are TVs in the rooms in case you want to relax in bed. There’s also two bathrooms so you are more than covered.

This unit includes many incredible amenities. For example, there’s a gym, sauna, multiple pools, a hot tub, community center, dock, firepits, and private beach. During the day we strolled on the quiet beach, and one night we walked out on the dock and felt like we were standing in the middle of the lake, gazing up at the star-filled sky.

Check in was a breeze. The property management company made it so easy to do self-check-in and were always prompt to communicate back to us.

I highly recommend staying here.

We had the best stay! The rental was clean and we had all the amenities we could have needed. Communication with the rental company was easy and detailed and the location was great. We will definitely be staying again.

Phenomenal stay!! This property was stocked full of everything, and it’s so well organized. Great location as it’s a 5 minute drive to Stateline, and close to everything. House was super spacious for the 4 of us, and we felt right at home. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very beautiful rental with gorgeous views. Just a minute away from Lake Tahoe! Space was super clean and has cozy design. Did not use kitchen, but it does have all necessary tools if you’re planning on cooking. Will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and my grandson loves staying in the loft. Everything was very nice.the unit and the facilities were much like the pictures while the unit was on the far side from the lake. It was still only a four minute walk.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and so close to everything, and with the lake literally in our backyard!! And a bonus is that the customer service team at RNR is amazing! They are attentive, efficient, kind, and very thoughtful! Thank you RNR for offering up some of the most amazing properties!!

Clean rental with comfortable beds and stocked kitchen appliances.

Condo was cozy and clean, but we had some issues with the weather and the roof leaking. Serious snow! My original review reflected some communication frustration with RNR concerning my refund, however, they worked it out. Katie from RNR was great. The complex is in a great location, close to shopping, the ski area and casinos.

Clean, cozy, good location. The wifi was perfect and we never lost signal. The beds were comfortable, with heating pads under the sheets. Lots of clean towels available to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. Whole Foods was just across the street. Food, shopping, and activities less than a mile away in either direction from the townhouse.

This condo was perfect for a quick family getaway with plenty of room and it is at a great location. It's only a few minutes walk to the lake to enjoy the beautiful view. It's close to everything and walking distance to CVS/Heidi's diner.

We had an excellent stay. This unit has a great location and is walkable to the Marina and restaurants on Ski Hill. Super clean and nice furnishings...would 100% stay here again!

This was a perfect spot to be close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complex has a pier to the lake, pool, and hot tub. No air conditioning, like most of Tahoe, but there are plenty of fans in the unit to help stay cool. I would definitely stay here again!

Love this place! Spent a week here and love the layout and the location. House was very clean, the location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Just stayed four nights here with my family for a spring break trip. Plenty of room for my wife and I and two kids. Having the attached bathroom to the master was nice.All the beds were good. All the appliances and entertainment were good. The heat is a trial and error process to not roast on the lower floor all night, yet keep the loft cozy. Other than that, the place was great. Only recommendation I have is to provide better description/map of where to park and where to access unit since it is tucked back from lot.

This place was excellent as a home base for a ski trip. Place was accurately represented by the photos and the host was very responsive. The location is perfect for catching the free shuttles and walking distance to the grocery store.

Stayed here with a group of 4 for a ski week and loved it!

Wonderful unit right on the lake, excellent furnishings, all the amenities you could want. Unfortunate plumbing issue that couldn't be fixed during our stay was a major issue, but that wasn't the fault of RNR.
