This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 12 if children are included. It cannot host more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.

When you set foot in this home, you’ll know you picked the right base camp for your crew’s Tahoe adventures. The great room, with it’s gas fireplace, large sectional sofa, and 65” TV is a cozy space for movie nights after a day on the lake or mountain.
The balcony right off the main living and dining area is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. It’s complete with seating for 4 & an electric BBQ.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make quality meals from home. The sturdy wooden dining table seats 8.
After the sun sets, rest your head in one of this home’s many comfortable beds. The Primary bedroom is on the 1st floor with one queen bed, TV, & ensuite bathroom. Down the hall you will find two more bedrooms, which both have two queen beds in them, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the 2nd floor, there is one bedroom with one queen bed and a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open loft on the 3rd floor has a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” free on-demand ride service.
Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
All the linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided.
Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Our group had a great stay at this lovely condo. It’s in a great location,
close to Heavenly ski resort, restaurants and casinos. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Lovely updated kitchen and floors. The bathrooms need an update, but are fully functional. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and walks around the lake. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to our needs. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Easiest check in, super comfy sofa TV area and dinning area to accommodate a large group of adults comfortably. Sparkling new kitchen appliances, tons of counter space and all the mugs, glasses and cookware you could need.. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and couch were very comfortable. Amazing location with a short walk to the lake to enjoy the beach or watch the beautiful sunset. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and having a short drive to casinos and hiking. Management team was very responsive and helpful. Only minor complaint was that I wish it wasn’t so loud between floors.
