Loved the location. Perfect for all our needs

We were 9 gals celebrating long time friendships. The unit was very accomodating. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect location for my family ages 1.5 to 82. Weather was fantastic and we were able to enjoy the lake, pools, hot tub, gym, and fireworks over the lake. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was roomy, clean and super quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the lake for beautiful sunsets.

We stayed here while skiing Heavenly with our 2 teenagers and 3 of their friends. The condo was perfect for the 7 of us. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinner everyday. Plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tubs, pool, sauna and cold plunges in Lake Tahoe each day after skiing. Heavenly is very close by, as is shopping for groceries, beer and wine, restaurants, etc.

Everything was as advertised. The property management group did a great job communicating with us as well…

Great place to stay for family and friends! Large fridge for big groups. Newly renovated showers and bathrooms with great water pressure and temp for the cold season. Beautiful location right on the lake which was fun for the family to explore! Would highly stay here again!

This airbnb is in a great location near Heavenly and all the restaurants! We even saw a bear right outside which was such a treat!! The house is big enough for a large group and there is tons to do around. Convenient location by Whole Foods and Pizza Hut as well. We all loved the big couch and balcony! Would recommend this airbnb 100% :)

Property Description was accurate, clean and well maintained. Good location, close enough to Stateline but yet far enough from the crowds. Walkable to Stateline, grocery, etc.

This was a wonderful house with plenty of room for 3 couples. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishings were comfortable. Being close to the beach was a bonus. Short walk to groceries and the Pharmacy. Plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication by text and phone was simple and easy. The weather was perfect for our 3 day get together.

Excellently located townhome, close to all South Lake has to offer. 3 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Heavenly Village. Very clean and accommodating townhome.

We enjoyed our trip. The house was nice and clean. It was a short walk to the lake and short drive to Heavenly.

Excellent place in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Host was responsive and always available to answer any questions that we had. The living area was a little tight for the size of our group but overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great location and the kitchen was well stocked. The living room and dining furniture was adequate but not the most comfortable. Overall good experience.

Perfect accomodations for two couples and 4 teens. Plenty of room, and lovely space.

The place is just as described. So many other great reviews, we knew it would be a great unit. Stayed at Lakeland Village in many of the similar 4 bedroom units; however, never rented a specific unit until this year. It was great knowing in advance how each bedroom was set up. Everything has been renovated and it is very nice. Love the kitchen how they changed it up. Plenty of supplies, unlike many other vacation rentals, you get garbage bags, dish pods, kitchen towels, new sponges, paper towels... you get the picture. The garbage area could be much bigger for a family staying a few days and cooking in many meals... that said, I contacted RnR and they directed us to just leave the extra garbage in the unit because they had a big pick-up coming. Otherwise, I think the extra bins are at the front of the complex, which may be a pain. But, they were very responsive. All in all it was great. We checked for next year, but the annual increase for three nights wasn't a few hundred more, it was a thousand more. So, we will end up staying somewher closer to the Stateline. But, this unit is terrific especially if you are going to stay in and play games! No shuttle service with this unit is another drawback. The day we drove into Stateline we paid $50 to park! Fortunately we only did that one day.

The location is perfect. You have a 30 second walk to the lake. There's a Whole Foods across the street and a Safeway a couple of blocks away. For summer time, it's a 5 minute walk to boat/jetski/kayak rentals. The casinos are a 10 minute drive away, and the slopes, 5 minutes. There are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The condo was clean, easy check in and easy communication with the host. It was well equipped with amenities. The rental agreement is a bit much, and to be honest, a little intimidating at first, but honestly, if you're chill, there's nothing to worry about. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was amazing!!! The upgrades are top notch, no corners were cut! Comfy beds, plenty of room, kitchen supplies were amazing.

Location was awesome! Just steps to a beautiful sandy beach but private from the beach walkers. The condo itself was clean, quiet, well appointed, comfortable with plenty of space for our group. Katy, the RNR rep, was quick to answer questions and resolve a small concern. Loved our 1 week stay!

Condo was very clean, cozy and warm! Lots of room for a group of 9. Super close to the the lake and walking distance to stores and restaurants. All beds were comfortable with very warm bedding. Rooms were large bathrooms were all equipped. Kitchen was open and the island was wonderful for snacking and gathering. A few suggestions would be to replace the glass on the large kitchen table. It has a huge long sharp crack right on the top of it. Since this condo accommodates a large group, having silverware for at least 12 and glassware would of been helpful. A large toaster would be great too. The one in the kitchen is super tiny. When we arrived at the condo there was only 3 parking passes not 4 as stated. We didn't have 4 vehicles but for those that need 4 wanted to mention this. Fireplace and sectional couch was wonderful to hang out on and watch movies with wine! Would definitely rent again!!

This rental was everything we needed and more for our large family of 9! The location was incredible - just a short 2 minute walk to the water that offered incredible views! Tons of activities for kids and adults of all ages within walking distance. We will definitely be returning!

Lake Tahoe is an amazing place and the unit we stayed in exceeded our expectations.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay here during our recent trip to South Lake Tahoe. The location is everything! It is walking distance to the lake and a few minutes drive to Heavenly Village. There are so many great restaurants to choose from nearby and Whole Foods is across the street for any grocery needs. The townhome was very clean and sanitized to CDC standards. The beds were comfy and the Smart TVs made us feel right at home. I had to log in to work while we were there and the Wi-Fi was remarkably fast! The kitchen was stocked with newer plates, glassware, pots and pans and cooking utensils though we chose to dine out most of the time. They have an organized compendium (binder) which explains their check-out procedures, things to do in the area, etc. They also use a Hospitality app which makes checking in and out a breeze. We felt well-informed throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place for a single family to enjoy and look forward to returning!

This rental was just what we needed after months of SIP. Our family got away from thanksgiving and the house had enough space to accommodate everyone, and the amenities to cook up our thanksgiving feast. Couldn’t have been a better location.

It was the most amazing week. Property was great. Location fabulous. Only thing I can complain about was smokers congregated right outside our property. It was horrible. I didn’t notice there was an ashtray type thing there until we were leaving. Not sure if it was permanent or could have been moved. Will definitely re t from your company in the future. Overall the property was very nice. The place is not quite as large and gorgeous as it appears in the photos but it's very comfortable. Location is good, close to Whole Foods. We were not able to use any amenities due to Covid.

The condo is in the perfect location, on the beach, on the busiest street in South Lake Tahoe and less than a mile from two ski areas. Food of all sorts at all levels of cost and atmosphere are across the street!
I wish the condo were updated to include flooring, sidewalks, trash boxes and the front porch.

This home was phenomenal and everyone slept comfortably. Although I was not able to stay in the home this trip, we are coming back in July and I can’t wait! The resort and amenities are fabulous and walking distance to lake and dining options. The rental management company was professional, responsive and very cooperative. 5 stars!

We had 8 adults in our group celebrating a birthday. The great room (living room, dining table, kitchen) is such a wonderful area to hang out together! The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils to cook everything we wanted to. The shared bathrooms have the sink separate from the toilet/shower which comes in handy with 8 people. The beds and bedding are super comfy!! Would definitely stay here again!!"

Great location! Right on the lake! Definitely a great place for the summer. The house was a little smaller than expected, but we fit comfortably. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing. House was fully equipped with houseware needs. Definitely will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeland Village #454. Everyone of all ages enjoyed the access to the beach, the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores and the use of the tennis courts and pool areas. Perfect for a gathering of 8 people.

We had a wonderful time. Very close to the pool and lake. Perfect for a family. We had children and it was nice that there was a baby gate installed at the stop of the stairs in the living area. The only issue was that If there were people upstairs while people were in bed downstairs it was a little difficult as the floors creaked a lot.

This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Centrally located in south Tahoe. Beach access. The rental property was clean and just as advertised. The renter immediately responded to our questions. Would definitely come back.

Location is perfect ... walkable to Heavenly Village and other Stateline hotels and shops, grocery store and other restaurants or a shorter walk away .... the lake is steps away! The unit is comfortable and well appointed with plenty of seating and huge dining table for eating, puzzles and game-playing. The beds are comfortable, lots of extra blankets & pillows, fluffy towels, sparkling clean bathrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed (just add groceries!). Communication was excellent. One small issue with a malfunctioning lock but it was handled professionally and quickly ... staff was helpful and very pleasant.

Good location for various activities. Beach areas could use more chairs & umbrellas for guests ! Overall, a fun vacation.

Just ok on the cleanliness - a little dusty and dirty / great location / quick response from management and very professional / kitchen cabinets were a little sticky on opening and closing - could use more silverware and an upgrade on pots and pans - otherwise had a great time

Location, location, location! Had a family gathering and could not have picked a better place that suited everyones needs. Its in close proximity to the lake, casinos and ski resort as well as has access to a pool, hot tub and gym. We had a wonderful time and the staff was incredibly responsive to questions before and during our stay. Thank you Lauren, Aubrey and all the other staff for making our time in Tahoe memorable.

It was perfect, the only thing missing was snow but we didn't really care! Home is beautiful - the pictures are accurate! Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen is well appointed. Linen and towels were first class. Nice deck. Great lake access (just across the parking lot, between two buildings). We walked to the Village at Heavenly -- just about 2 miles. Close to shopping and restaurants. We can even vouch for the Emergency Room at Barton Community Hospital (excellent care!) This is a gem of a place!!

We found the house to have everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely situated. The Home had some nice upgrades, tvs, washer and dryer, newer bathrooms. The amenities were great! You are walking distance to the lake, pool and hot tub. Over all we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to all that Soth Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Our large (4 bedroom plus loft) rental unit, nicely decorated, was perfect for my family and extended family to spend time together vacationing in a beautiful setting. The complex had amenities such as Beach, snack shack, kayak rentals, pool, etc.etc.. Restaurant walking distance, close by. Power boat and jet ski rental walking distance. Hiking, sight seeing, below Heavenly ski resort. We really enjoyed our stay.

We made a last minute decision to go to Tahoe and we could not have been happier with the home we stayed in or with the management company. They made everything so easy. The place was really clean and well furnished. We are already talking about coming back.

This rental was in an excellent location. The home was very comfortable and very clean. It is an ideal place to have a family vacation or a girls getaway. I would recommend this unit to all.

The rental was so clean and easy to navigate. I enjoyed the thorough email descriptions on checking in. The rental was a perfect fit for 12 people and I loved how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils.

I found this vacation property last minute due to a cancellation and immediately booked it. The next day was Christmas Eve - I missed a call from RnR to finalize my booking. Stu from RnR went above and beyond - he called me afterhours to wish me a Christmas and to see if anyone had gotten back to me as RnR would be closed Christmas Day. My check-in is the day after Christmas so I needed my reservations to be fully booked/confirmed. I received the contract later that night and I sent it back as soon as I could. When we arrived, the property was really nice, clean, and updated. I just wish there was laundry detergent as I was told there'd be some available (trivial, I know!) Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely used RnR in the future. Thanks!

This place is steps to the water and close to shops and restaurants. It was also quite in the evenings which was peaceful. The water is 3 1/2 feet deep the first 500 feet out. So it was very nice for the kids.
