Lakeland Village #471 - Resort Magic 2BR + Loft

Good location next to Heavenly and had everything we needed for our stay. R&R rentals were very responsive as well. The shared hottub was a plus after a day on the slopes!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Great location, super attentive host, cleanliness, amenities, and could go on. Definitely coming back.

We just had the best time at a rental house in Lake Tahoe! Seriously, this place was so beautiful and clean, I almost felt bad for leaving my socks on the floor. The rooms were spacious and bright, so bright I thought I might need sunglasses indoors! The decor was so cozy, it was like a warm hug from a teddy bear. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which was great because my culinary skills are mostly limited to cereal and microwave popcorn. Plus, the location was awesome close to outdoor fun and local spots. If you’re looking for a gorgeous and tidy place to stay in Lake Tahoe, this house is a must! I can’t wait to go back and make more questionable life choices in such a lovely setting!

Great service on the part of the management company. We loved the location the most as it was steps to the beach and our favorite marina. Struggled with heat as we were not aware that there was no air conditioning, I guess this is very common. There was, however, several plug in cooling systems which really helped. Beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels and kitchen equipment. Dryer may need servicing as we had to run it several times. Overall stay was very good.

The place was great and is very close to the pool area and beach. Nice accommodations and plenty of room for a family. It gets pretty hot on the second floor and loft in the evening even with trapping the cool morning air, the first floor bedrooms stay nice and cool.

Loved the property, including the bear visit. Great place for families. Clean and had plenty of towels!!! Parking was a challenge only because they are replacing pipe in the complex, which is a good thing. Tons of beach chairs for lounging. Wonderful sunsets. Recommended.

Great condo, well stocked, clean, and well cared for. The Location is unbeatable. We enjoyed time at the pool, at the beach and in the condo relaxing. The perfect vacation. We highly recommend.

Perfect location and amenities. Kitchen stocked with lots of spices and other condiments. Very clean and plenty of towels. RNR booking and check in and out process very easy! I would highly recommend RNR and this townhouse.

Great location with nice private beach. The place is nice and clean, we had a nice time as a family.

Beautiful condo in a central location in South Shore. We (myself, my spouse, our 10 year old, and my mother) rented the condo for a quick weekend trip and loved all the space the condo had- everyone had their own place to relax. The bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely updated and the condo itself was very clean and well stocked. One of our favorite things about the property was the proximity to the water and dock along with the lovely fire pits right by the pool. We walked down to the dock every morning and relaxed by the fire pits each evening. We didn't have and opportunity to use them due to rain, but the condo also had beach chairs and other items ready for a picnic or day at the beach. We also loved how close to restaurants and shops the the condo was- a walk or a 5 min drive and you could be anywhere along Stateline or Al-Tahoe areas. The one slightly frustrating thing was parking- a large number of the parking spots were taken up by construction related activities which made for fewer spots for the guests, but hopefully the construction is finished soon. There are a lot of stairs in the particular unit we rented (3-stories), which could be a challenge for families with very small children (bring a safety gate) or anyone with significant knee or mobility concerns- but there were lots of units in the complex so I'm sure other options are available if that's important to you. Overall, very happy with our rental and would absolutely go back to the property.

Our stay was very good. Our place was very clean and the beach was awesome. I would like to warn people that there is a bear that hangs around the resort. We saw him about every day. He seems to be harmless, but being from Kansas we are not used to seeing bears, so we still kept our distance. Most people weren't concerned about him and just went about their business.

Great beach. Only downside is getting on to Tahoe Blvd........ it's a very BUSY, congested area.

We stayed at Lakeland Village 30 yrs. ago for a similar family reunion. We didn’t realize we were staying at the same place again. The property is still kept up well and it’s nice to have the beach right there. The swimming/water activity in that area is nice too…. not too busy with boats. The only downside is being right on Lake Tahoe Blvd. At certain times of the day, it was difficult to get in/out of the village entrances. On the other hand, there’s a lot of convenient shopping places nearby.

Overall we loved this property. The space and layout were perfect. The only complaint we had was the tile floors on the ground floor were FREEZING cold. We were there in early May. So I would recommend packing slippers.

The home was quiet and clean as mentioned in other reviews. The beds at the home were also very comfortable. This location is just a short ride to the heavenly village and casinos. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in south lake.

Great location to Heavenly ski resort. Very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tahoe.

The place was clean, comfortable and as listed. We left a day early because snow storms threatened to close the roads, and with the ski resorts closed, it made no sense to stay the full length of the trip. We were not able to get a refund for leaving early, but that was also consistent with the cancellation policy I signed when I made the reservation. But the place was nice and we enjoyed staying there.

We love the place and are very appreciative with how responsive with their services. It is definitely feels like at home and very spaced up for just us family of 4. We are sad that jacuzzi was not available because it was under construction and that was the highlight we were really looking forward to. It was very convenient location and close to Safeway and Whole Foods!! Also very close to Heavenly Ski Resort! Definitely will come back and hope next time they’ll have jacuzzi open!

The townhouse was in really good, clean condition. It was well-equipped with reliable cable and internet, near the services we needed like restaurants and food shopping, and a short drive (or long walk) to the casinos. The unit was a 2 minute walk to a nice private beach with a great lake view. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive when we made a request for a kitchen item. We thproughly enjoyed our stay. The only caveat is to arrive in daylight if possible, finding your way around the complex in the dark after a long drive is tricky - probably a good idea to stop at guest services if it's late.

Whenever I come back to Lake Tahoe, I'd rebook this place. It was absolutely awesome.
