Lakeland Village #476

Beautiful location!! Love that you can see the lake from the balcony. Walking distant to so many good restaurants!! The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal if you opt to stay in. We enjoyed our weekend there!

We visit Lakeland Village 1-2 times a year and we had a wonderful time!! Thank you so very much for the 2 hour check-out extension for our daughter got sick and this really made a difference. Next summer, we would love to rent a larger recently remodeled unit right on the lake front; thus, is it possible to do this through RNR? Most of the time we do not know where the unit we have rented is until arrival. Thank you again.

Location was absolutely perfect and being able to see Lake Tahoe from the deck was so wonderful! We loved our stay there!!

This was a good spot for family vacation with 4yo and 7yo. Conveniently located near pool, hot tub, and restaurants. 30 minute walk (with a stroller) to Heavenly and casinos. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the fire pits. We would visit again.

The place was great. This downstairs bathroom location is a bit awkward. Great location!

It was a great stay! Good access to lake and we were able to cook and gather in comfort. Very accommodating.

Good location and comfortable stay.

I had my family stay in this nice and cozy condo. The best part of this place was the location. It is about 100 feet away from the lake. The two bedrooms on the first floor and the third bedroom on the third floor are perfect for my family. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of room. There were plenty of beds available for the 4 kids and 4 adults. The condo had a lot of supplies from pillows, blankets, and towels. They had everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer was a plus! I would recommend bringing a pull cart for your stuff. I had a lot of things to bring in and its a slight distance from the parking lot to the front door. Aside from that, this place was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was updated, very well taken care of and the beds were comfortable. The beach was nice and the pool had just opened. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, just a row back from the beach and near the hot tub. Easy walk to restaurants (Heidi's Pancake House, Artemis, Sugar Pine Bakery etc) and across the street from Whole Foods and Safeway. The condo was very clean but homey. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of six. The kitchen has all the appliances and accessories you need, just no cooking oils or condiments so bring what you need if you plan to cook. There is a huge difference in temperature between the downstairs bedrooms being cold, the mid level with kitchen being warm and the loft being hot. It helped to leave the slider open for fresh air but I imagine the loft is pretty hot for sleeping during the summer. Overall would definitely recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay; property was clean and is well maintained. The host was super proactive in sharing all the instructions. Location is great you can see the mountains as well as lakes right from the deck! Also lots of food options nearby

Cute condo - 3rd floor loft was perfect for our twin 13 year old girls to hang out and have privacy, with adults on the bottom floor. Big couch are is perfect for us all to hang out and visit or read together.

Great location - could see the lake from the patio, great pool that was heated, easy access to everything. Great trip and unit!!

Great place! Clean and as advertised. Company was over communicative so if we had incurred a problem, I know they would have handled but all went off without an issue.

We had a great time! The condo was more than we expected. Checkin staff were very helpful. The beach was less than a three minute walk away. Nice pools and hot tub. The location was in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Absolutely would go back.

RnR Vacation Rentals did a great job on providing information on our upcoming stay and maintaining communication during our stay. All went well but they were there in case it didn't.

Great location for our vacation. Central to hiking, golfing, dining. One row of condos over from lake front. 1 minute walk to the beach. It was very clean with everything we needed. Upstairs (living room / kitchen) does not have air conditioning, but we were gone all day and with the ceiling fan and screen door to patio open it cooled down quickly. The 2 bedrooms are cool and on the main floor. We would definitely stay again!

Home was perfect and clean. There were no issues with finding the place and getting in. We could walk out to the lake. Close to shopping, and dining. Would definitely use RnR Vacation Rentals again.

The house is perfect for small families, and is so close to the lake. We could see the lake from the balcony window, and it's maybe a couple hundred feet to the shore of Lake Tahoe. The home is very clean and tidy. The heater and fireplace work like a charm.

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay here. Townhome was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient--close to restaurants, short walk to a private beach--very easy to kayak or paddle out on SUP. Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with unit 476 at Lakeland Village. The cost was significantly lower than what the Lakeland Village management would have charged. The overhead fan in the family room was a great help, as we stayed during a particularly warm 5 day stretch. The loft was too warm to be of use, which is true of all the units at Lakeland Village. Central air would be the only improvement I would recommend.

We were very happy with our vacation rental, #476 at Lakeland Village. We especially love the proximity to Lake Tahoe, and our favorite breakfast place, Heidi's. The weather was quite warm, so we used the pools and the lake every day. At night we were able to watch most of our streaming channels in a comfortable family room cooled by an overhead fan. Just a great time!

The place was amazing. Very clean and updated home! 100 ft from the beach. Easy access to parking and shuttles provided. Very close to many restaurants.
