We loved it here. 50th birthday. Great location

We had a great time in Lake Tahoe... our Unit 506 was very nice and cozy.
The Unit had everything we needed.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and we loved having a private beach given the public beaches are so busy. The home had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We were pleased with how well supplied the kitchen was with plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
The rental company was responsive to our questions. Even though there were a lot of units, we found it to be quiet at the complex. We would definitely stay again.

Best location in South Lake Tahoe with its own private beach. Unit was beautiful and comfortable with every amenity. RnR communication was outstanding. We felt well prepared for trip & knew support was available if needed (it wasn’t). I like to leave a place better than I found it, but that honestly wasn’t possible here. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time! the rental was clean, close to everything in town. would love to explore the larger rentals closer to the lake for next year.

It was a very nice, clean condo. We enjoyed ourselves in a quiet, well maintained area of Lake Tahoe close to Stateline.

Our skiing group had a wonderful stay at this property. Very comfortable for 4 adults.

House was very very clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Had a small issue while staying at the house which was addressed/resolved quickly by host and they had even offered compensation for the hassle. Great location with lake walking distance on property and not far from heavenly Village and other stores.

The overall experience at the Lakeland Village was great. You can't beat the location. The house was clean and in working order. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to vacation in South Lake Tahoe.

I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to stay here! Great house, great location, pretty clean, has what you need (utensils and appliances), and its a short walking distance from the lake and stores. The only thing I would say is that the heater is a bit noisy, but overall its a nice place and would definitely considering booking again.

We had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great.

Love the location of this property. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, but it's a private property and not so congested like downtown. The beach is walking distance and absolutely perfect! The home is clean and well kept and the kitchen has everything you need to cook any of your meals. RNR provided easy check-in details and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. They respond immediately if you have the need to reach out with any questions. Highly recommend!

Super relaxing experience listening to the rain drops hit the roof and the skylights. The place is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It felt like a home that I could stay in forever. The only hard part about it is the 3 floors, with the bathrooms only on the bottom floor away from the main living area and kitchen. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Tahoe getaway. The private beach, firepits and jaccuzis in the complex were the cherry on top for us.

very convenient location. kitchen was excellently equipped. beds were very comfortable. the 2 baths with the shared vanity area worked out great for our (5 person) friend group. highly recommended.

Great place and location. The pictures of the bathrooms are a little misleading. You do have to share a bathroom sink with everyone in the house. Other than that it was wonderful.

Beautiful spot, parking close to cabin and nice new cobble walkways to your place. Both rooms downstairs which was nice because we went during he hottest times of July and there is no A/C. We were able to use the ceiling fans and keep the doors closed and it stayed pretty cool for sleeping. Being shaded by trees helped. Second level has nice sectional for the whole family to sit and a balcony with seating for 4 which was nice in the evenings when the weather was cooling down. Full kitchen with everything you would need! Just a short walk to the beach. Our first day there we got down to the beach and put up our tents and umbrellas and kept them up thru the following day. There are also lounge chairs for use from the facility, first come first serve. Defiantly will be coming back next year!!

Great place to stay with the family. The bedrooms are downstairs and are freezing during the winter. Turning the heater up at night definitely will keep you hot. They are extremely loud and you can overheat easy, but there is a ceiling fan. Obviously it's personal preference. Great location. Would definitely plan to drive to the heavenly area, it's not really in walking distance but it's a few minute easy drive down the street. Found the beds to be pretty comfortable, except for our daughter who found it to be too soft, but she practically sleeps on a slab of concrete, her bed is so hard at home. If you don't like big pillows you should probably bring your own. They are all pretty thick. Kitchen is very well stocked and the new couch is very comfortable. We were super happy here and would totally stay again.

We are used to staying in larger units at Lakeland Village, but this unit was very nice. It had very comfortable beds and beautiful hardwood floors! The pillows were awful, but R N R was very receptive to changing them out for future guests. The unit was very close walking distance to any of the stores and close proximity to restaurants also. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The ceiling fans were a big help because it was very warm during our stay. The only thing to our dissatisfaction was that the window did not open in one of the bedrooms. They told us to prop it open with a wooden spoon which seemed really ridiculous to us, but overall we were very comfortable with the unit.

Very nice. I just wish the check out was 11am instead of 10am, difficult with teenagers to get up and out and clean up by that time. Would have been nice to have more time in the morning before having to leave.

We were quite anxious while planning this trip due to covid concerns, however the property was clean, had all amenities and was conveniently located close to groceries, coffee shops, gas stations. We had a great experience.

The house has a great location, everything you need in the kitchen to make your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint has to do with the kingsize matress it has huge holes on both sides and needs to be replaced!!! I also found the Lakeland Village Guest Services very convenient for receiving packages.

We had a blast at this Lake Tahoe condo--it's a beautiful unit with a warm fireplace and lots of wood (pack your slippers in the winter!). The home was very well stocked, which was great for staying in and cooking some meals. Only weird thing was the master bedroom had no lock on the door! Otherwise everything was great including the location--you cold walk to a lot and only 5 mins drive from the village. We will likely be back next year.
