Had a great time. 3rd year coming, will come again.

Loved our stay in this unit. The unit was as pictured and described. Enjoyed being steps from the lake and just a short walk to the pool. The Lakeland Village community is perfectly situated in South Lake Tahoe, allowing easy access to the lake, shopping, casinos and all outdoor activities Tahoe has to offer.

Amazing location right on the water, unit looked exactly like photos and easily accommodated our large family. Host was responsive via text for any questions.

We had seven people stay for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. Literally right on the lake and everything you need. Communication can be a little slow if you’re using the texting line (usually within a day), but we didn’t use the phone line, which might be faster. Overall, very happy with our stay and would def rent again!

This is a great property with a wonderful view of the lake.

This unit is huge (four queen beds), it is spotless and has a awesome view of the lake. You cannot ask for more.

It was a fantastic trip for our family. The house was ideal. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra blankets, pillows, fans, etc.. We had plenty of room for our crew. The location on the lake is perfect. We have already booked a return visit.

Amazing property with great amenities and beautiful views. Perfect location near the town, ski resort, grocery stores, and restaurants. RnR were professional and provided great communication via text and email prior and during the stay. Highly recommend!!

This listing was perfect for our group of friends to stay in on our ski trip. It was a short drive into town to reach the gondola or other amenities of the Heavenly town. It was also a short drive to the Heavenly base. The space was large enough for each of to have our own rooms and the kitchen came in handy when it came to whipping up breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed at a lot of places in Tahoe, and this deserves 6 stars. The view really is as beautiful as the pictures. The windows are huge and completely see-through. The place is well outfitted with cooking supplies for a group. And the place is just nice -- must have been remodeled relatively recently, as everything feels completely modern. We loved it!

Great place. Clear instructions. Everything matched the picture.

The lakefront views were stunning. Incredible sunsets. Experienced wildlife up close! Best place we’ve stayed! Condo had all amenities we needed. The tri-level gave us privacy yet the open living and dining areas were perfect for game and movie night. Host was responsive and provided us with local things to do. Will definitely return!

They were great! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tahoe.

This property was perfect for our family.

This vacation rental exceeded all of our expectations! RnR property management responded quickly every time we had a question. The home was stocked with everything you need for a stress free stay. It was immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We cooked a lot there and had all cookware that was needed. The location is incredible and the updates and finishes were beautiful. We were welcomed with Coffee, wine, and complimentary snacks. The communication from the time we booked to the end of our stay was so streamlined and efficient. We can't wait to go back next summer!

it's good place to stay, it's just near the water shore, view is amazing and the host is easy to communicate. Would definitely recommend it!

This condo is in beautiful condition. Well appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. Unobstructed views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Only negative is the convoluted wi-fi/internet situation. Very old school and annoying. Also, had to spend a lot of time to get TVs working. That could be improved for sure. Would recommend this unit without reservation unless you really need good internet service.

This is as nice a property as you will find at Lakeland Village---lakefront, updated, spacious and clean. Just steps away from the beach, you can watch hot air balloons rise, parasailors fly by and clouds move about from your kitchen, living room or deck. Three full baths give all guests some level of privacy. The remodeled kitchen is beautiful and very functional. It has all the bells and whistles. Only negative was the clunky internet service. It's an older generation type and not very functional. The TVs were difficult to operate as well, as they relied on the internet. But who cares? You're in Tahoe!

The perfect place! Everything was exactly as described/pictured; beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable for 9 adults. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made cooking group dinners simple. The deck area was perfect with the added convenience of the private beach being steps from the door. Check in/Check out was a breeze. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The unit was just as pictured and as soon as we walked in we were drawn to that amazing view. It was very clean, had a great kitchen and the cooling drawers for drinks came in so handy with our group. RNR was truly great, responding back to us almost immediately and we appreciated them immensely. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location. Grocery store and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The view of the lake from the living room is beautiful. Very spacious.

The view is amazing and the condo easily accommodated 8 adults. Great location, easy walk to the gondola, restaurants, breweries and supermarkets. We had a wonderful time.

Would love to book again next time. Perfect location and gorgeous views. Everything was excellent. Very spacious for a townhouse. We had adults and one baby with us. Worked out perfect.

The townhouse was perfect. Views alone made it worth it. Everything was updated and clean! Only thing I would have changed is to have the patio cleared off from snow.

We took our first family vacation to Lake Tahoe and loved this property. It’s updated and very clean. The view of the Lake is gorgeous and the proximity to Heavenly Mountain, the California Lodge and shopping is great. RnR had wonderful communication with us and was able to even get us baby gear in the middle of the blizzard. Our family highly recommends this property!

Another brilliant stay in an RnR town house

This property was amazing with amazing views. Everything was brand new state of the art. Every need for our Super Bowl party was available in the kitchen and bar. All the best appliances. Just amazing for the 8 of Us. Very roomy. 1 mile to the gondola. Just can’t say enough good things about this condo. Thank you for doing such a great job

The property was excellent. 5 bedrooms. great location and looks exactly like the pictures. would have loved the patio to be shoveled so we could use it. had to leave 3 days early due to horrible weather and pending road closures etc. Would suggest buying insurance at this time or put on AMEX.

Great place in a great central location!

#611 exceeded my expectations. I own vacation rental property and know how hard it is to keep in tiptop shape and this property is loved by the owners. It shows. We loved the ambience and the updated decor, the layout and the kitchen. We were a family of 7 adults and one 7 month old. We would highly recommend.

This place was everything and more! The pictures don't do it justice for how nice the place is and how nice the location is. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. You are right on the beach. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with serving ware and cooking utensils. The only thing that surprised us overall was the BEARS! We saw a mother and 2 baby bears our first day there. The trash can on the front porch that is supposed to be bear safe was NOT. A male bear came up and opened it no problem and ate our trash with us watching from inside. Would 10/10 stay here again

This property is amazing! Highly recommend for family/ friends get together. Beds are comfortable, unit is clean and fully remodeled. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment to cook amazing meals. We will be back for sure and will pass on the property information to our friends and family.

Booking through VRBO was a breeze and RNR was easy to reach and communicate with. Although no early and no late check outs are part of their policy, that would be my one recommendation to RNR to consider more flexibility (especially in off season and no one is coming in before nor after our party). This is a luxury condo with a luxury price deserving of early in and or late out if at all possible. I called to request both early in and late check out. The First Lady I spoke to was very nice stating their policy and let me know they would text or call to let me know if we could be there early (no text or call ever came) so no early check in. I called (as I was told to on Saturday) for a late check out and this was a less kind tone in the employees voice and she “allowed” one extra hour to depart. Despite this little hiccup, I would recommend RNR property management. The condo was smartly remodeled and beautiful! Beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Beach front location was perfect and this condo is comfortable for a large group. We had 8 adults in our party and we were all comfortable. The kitchen is set up and stocked for cooking and entertaining, which we did a lot of.

We rented this property for a family vacation. It was just as pictured. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We walked out onto patio, down a few steps and we were on the beach. The view was great and the sunset was beautiful.

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL REMODELED Unit for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, "Mosquito Fire" started 2 hrs. after we got there. Despite half time being smoked out,this place has an AWESOME VIEW! Place is BEAUTIFUL,just needed a full length mirror, & new frying pans, but other than that,had everything else! They even welcome you w/ 2 bottles of wine!

Loved Lake Tahoe

This house was equipped with everything in mind.very cleaned and great location. The only down fall is two rooms out of four don’t have closets and the beds and pillow were very hard. But the rest was very well kept.

Amazing place and an even more amazing view. The place was clean, easy to park, and close to Whole Foods and Safeway.

We loved the location and all the new updates made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The bedrooms and loft made it easy for everyone in our family to have their own space. Each had a tv and the bathrooms had nice finishes. We would love to stay again.

So you know how when u book a rental and you just sit back and cross ur fingers that the place you reserved is gonna meet your expectations?? Especially a newly remodeled one because you have no other reviews to base ur decision on! Well this was the one ! This was the one that we had no clue if it was gonna be what we had planned for … this one had no reviews since is was a new remodel! So we just decided to dive head first holding our breath that the pictures and the location was gonna be what we expected! And now that we have spent the week here I MUST let you know that it was ALL THAT AND MORE ! This place is perfect in ever way ! The views r spectacular and the location is perfect! There were 8 adults on our trip and we all had plenty of space and everything you could want ! So if your looking @ this rental do not hesitate on this one for lack of reviews cause u will not be disappointed! RNR rentals was so helpful and was on point with this one ! Thank me later ;)

The home was perfect for early Christmas getaway. Everything was as pictured and described and we had everything we needed. Just loved it and will be back. We were there during quite a snowstorm and the rental company was very accommodating in extending our stay while we waited for roads to open.
