It was a very nice place and had a great view of the lake. It was in a great location close to restaurants and casinos.

We had an amazing stay as two families with three kids during our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the front beach line, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beautiful, clean beach. The large pool was a hit with everyone, featuring three different zones that catered to all ages. It was great having all amenities so close by, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the unit management was top-notch—very prompt and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Enjoyed a great stay in early June with amazing weather. We had 4 couples and fit comfortably in the unit. The kitchen is small but the living room is spacious. The beds were comfortable. The 3rd floor loft bedroom is small and does not have a door but it does have its own small bathroom. It was hot enough outside in the afternoons that we needed to hook up the portable air conditioners in each room, especially the 3rd floor since all the heat rose up to it. We had issue running more than 2 plug-in air conditioners at a time and kicked the breaker a few times, but finally got it to work without tripping. The location was excellent and mere steps to the beach and the pool. We grilled out one night and walked 5 minutes to another restaurant another night. It's right across the main road from Whole Foods and convenient to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Good location

Beautiful spot right on Lake Tahoe that worked perfect for our family vacation! Back porch opens out to lake front access. Kitchen was very well stocked with high quality items. All rooms were comfortable and classy. Absolutely recommend!

This property is spacious! It's a 3-story big house with a balcony that has direct access to the lake. Check in&out were super comfortable and easy. We don't have to meet them in person because they had the door lock activated with the passcode before arrival. Enough towels, toilet paper, so many utensils and seasonings. You never need to ask more during your stay. So, overall stay was wonderful. Heavenly resort is 2 mins away, whole food is right across the street. We will visit again this summer!!

Great location! Perfect place to get away. Was well within walking distance if everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go in South Lake Tahoe. We will be back

Another great stay!

My wife and I stayed in this same home last summer, and it's a beautiful place and an amazing location. So we booked it again for this summer since we loved it so much. What I wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by, was that the home in now under an new operator (RnR Vacation Rentals) and they've gone above and beyond to make the home even more incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable (included a huge spice assortment), all the bathrooms were well stocked with amenities, and they even went as far as putting AC units in most of the bedrooms. I don't typically write reviews, but I was so impressed with how they upgraded the home that I felt compelled to write a review! I'll actually go out of my way moving forward to book directly with RnR.

Very enjoyable stay - great location! The newly renovated condo was perfect for our family.

What a great place to stay. Few feet from the lake and few feet from the pool. Location is great, close to heavenly and close to alot of restaurants and bars. The place was furnished well, and kept up to date. The a/c unit is the only negative but the home had individual units in the rooms and that kept the place cool. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

We brought corn hole and played right next to the patio on the grass. Also, we brought a paddle board and kayak and could walk steps to the water to enjoy those. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for many years and this was one of the best trips because of the ease of getting to the lake and not having to leave home to see it. We enjoyed the fire pits every night with smores. The home itself was clean, comfortable and roomy. Great spot we will be back!

The host always was easy to reach and quick to respond when needed. For example when I arrived the code was not working so I called. Within a minute I was in the door as they reset the code while I was on the phone. I appreciated the Newley renovated home on many levels. I also appreciated how well stocked kitchen. Right down to a cupboard full of seasonings and spices. I have already referred others to this place and plan to go Jack for another stay. Over all. The stay was perfect and left me feeling refreshed.
