Beautifully appointed home in a great location. Great for a family getaway.

This townhouse is better than the pictures show. And the overall property is very nice and clean and safe. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. There is no beach access but that didn’t bother us. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sierra Shores. The house was beautiful…spotless, spacious and had every amenity we could want. We did a lot of cooking and were very impressed with the top of the line appliances and cookware. The views from the deck were gorgeous and there was plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the lake. If we ever make it out that way again, we will definitely stay at this property. Stunning! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful place, amazing views. We had 7 adults and 2 babies. Top of the line furnishings, everything we needed was there for our use. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location for all activities and restaurants in South Lake Tahoe. Outdoor space was also super nice. The parking was tight but we made it work. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of five came here for a week in mid October and could not have been more pleased. The views are incredible, the property very nice and the management company was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This property was exceptional. We went with a family group of 7 ranging from 12-68 years old. This home was perfect. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The view was spectacular. The house was well equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras!! The location was perfect. Just minutes to shopping, restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful view and great location

Our 9 member, 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Everest 14. The homes in the Peak offered everyone their own space as well as room for all of us around the table for meals. You cannot find a better view of Lake Tahoe anywhere around. You will also enjoy the pool and hot tub and the grassy play area facing the lake. Don’t stay anywhere else.

We had a magnificent and magical stay. Perfect house! Perfect weather! Beautiful setting. We could not have asked for anything better! Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping! It was a 10!!

The property was as advertised...gorgeous lakeside views in a very private, quiet neighborhood. There was an incredible master suite, large living room and kitchen area with all the kitchen items you would need, plus a bonus room on main level where kids could go and play or watch a movie. There were some toys, games and books for kids even though they didn't mention that. We ate out on the patio and enjoyed the serene view and cool mornings and nights. Due to the water runoff from last year, there was no beach right off the steps...they usually have 20 feet of beach, but just a short walk to the right (through the water or around on the street) was a nice little beach. Water was clear, clean and perfect temp. There is a big carpeted staircase at the entry to get to the main level and then 3 steps and another staircase up to the top level so if you have small kids like we did, I recommend renting the baby gates from them. We also rented high chairs and pack-n-plays so we didn't have to bring them and they were there as promised. They management co was very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions or needs. There is a Safeway in walking distance which is super convenient. We did run out of trash bags because there were 10 of us and not that many to start with but that is super minor of course. Also, there is no smoking so the guys were bummed to not be able to sit on the patio and smoke a cigar. Overall a 10 and we would definitely go there again!

Spent four days in lovely Lake Tahoe in an impressive upstairs condo. Loved the floor plan and amount of room this unit offered. Nicely decorated and everything very clean and tidy. Have stayed before and always impressed with how responsive RNR is to anything that is needed or any questions that come up. Hoping to bring the family back with us in the future.

Great view and location. Great house. We really enjoyed our stay. Played in the snow and close to ski resort. House is beautiful inside. Only complaint is that the microwave wasn’t working but management brought a new one, and that they were missing some things needed for cooking (measuring cups) which I bought at the store. The appliances are older and run hot. Great stay overall!

Everest 14 is stunning. The view of the lake is stunning. It's a great place to relax with family, cook, play games, and enjoy just being together.

Beautiful home with an amazing view, right on the lake. This was perfect for our family of 7, with room to spare! Beds were so comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We accidentally left behind some clothes, and they were quick to reach out and offer to ship them to us. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

An absolutely outstanding stay. Being on the Lake is a such a pleasure. Very close to hiking, climbing, & wilderness adventures yet amenities of food & gas etc right out your door. Relaxing. Very thankful to our hosts &The Peak community.

We loved this place! Plenty of room for our group of 8--every bedroom has its own bathroom. The common area is huge and we all could eat together at the big square dining table. We also loved the extra sitting/tv room--perfect to keep the tv noise away from the rest of the condo. Our only problems--the heating element in the top oven was broken, the stove is a little odd (hard to get the burners to light) and the refrigerator is very loud. Also--beware! The refrigerator door needs to be slammed shut or it stays ajar. Overall we got used to the kitchen problems and had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Everest 14. It was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal both for practical purposes and breathtaking views. Need some eggs? It's just a five minute walk across the street to grab some. Need a walk by the lake? Head down the private stairs and take in the beauty. We are already planning a return visit.

Fantastic place. Spacious and well appointed. Spectacular lake views. Nice walks on the beach. 5 minute drive to Heavenly and casinos. Groceries across street and CVS a short walk as well. Great master bed and bath. High end appliances including huge fridge, double oven and gas stove, plus gas grill on deck. RnR was fantastic and very responsive. Perfect vacation all the way around. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Had everything our family of 8 needed for a perfect vacation.

A 100% must-stay property in South Lake Tahoe. First, location. PERFECT location that was near the main areas but not in the middle of touristy areas. The property is exactly as advertised in the pictures with the lake literally right off the back windows/balconys with a small walk down to the beach. We were there in between seasons to hike the mountains and all of the trailheads we wanted to go to were no more than 30-40 minutes out (many closer than that). Next, the house itself is beautiful with enough size to comfortably fit 10 with four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, prepare to fight over who gets the master suite because it's huge with its own balcony, fireplace, fridge and STEAM shower which itself was worth the stay. Yes, we used it every morning (sometimes like 3 times a day). Large size kitchen, eating area, and open floor plan living area that ties it all together. Nice big balcony with a huge grill. Lastly, very nice and accommodating owners. So pleasant on the phone and quickly accommodated requests that we had. So appreciative to them for opening their home. Make this place a stay for your time in Tahoe you will thank me!

We used R&R rentals a second time in the last six months and again we were amazed at their hospitality and the cleanliness of the house we rented. This particular vacation rental exceeded our already high expectations in more ways than one. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully stocked (I cooked two meals every day), Safeway is right across the street for grocery needs and the best part? The property is right on the beach! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and the hosts were thoughtful enough to welcome us with an Easter Lily plant that is now blooming in our forever home. We know that when we return to Tahoe, this is is where we’ll always stay.

The home is exactly as advertised. If you like the pictures and location, you will not be disappointed and I would highly recommend this rental. The home/condo was beautiful, with equally beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. It was very clean and well-maintained, well stocked, everything worked, and communication with the owner and management company was excellent. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great experience start to finish. The property management was excellent to work with, and very responsive to questions we had ahead of and during our stay. They even helped coordinate flower delivery for my wife ahead of our arrival.

The location was central and walking distance to grocery stores and other amenities, and only a short drive to several major ski resorts.

We will look forward to enjoying this home again on a future trip.

3 couples spent 7 days in this wonderful place. Perfect location within walking distance of the supermarket, stores, restaurants and best of all right on the water. The condo was furnished beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed. It even had a great room off the living area I could use for an office. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.
