People's Choice at Heavenly - Pets, Hot Tub, Remodeled

This was a very nice house to stay at. It was my 60th Birthday and my family all came together to celebrate. We saw a concert at Harvey's and just enjoyed some great family time here. House was nice and clean and was a great location. Definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again in the future.

The whole family loved our visit. The house was wonderfully laid out with common spaces big enough for the whole family. My nephew especially fell in love with the Foosball! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

This rental was clean and comfortable and in a perfect spot for our son and daughter in laws wedding. We had plenty of space and enjoyed being with family. I would highly recommend it! The property management company was great! They were able to get us some items that we left behind and were readily available.

Roomy, comfortable and relaxing. Updated kitchen is completely equipped for meal making. Four BRs and bathrooms supply for all needs. Large screen TV viewing room and a closet full of games makes for fun entertainment. Very close to Heavenly restaurants, shopping and the lake. Would certainly consider renting this home again!

Cozy place

The People’s Choice was awesome, centrally located on the best side of Heavenly/Cali. The house was well appointed and felt like home. Best ski trip ever and I’ve been skiing for 45 years and been to SLT twice❤️

Great house! Accommodated a family easily and we had a lovely time.

The house was perfect for our group. One family with 2 children (9 and 18mths) and one family of 6. Perfect set up for our group. Gave us plenty of room to spread out and also get together as a group to eat and play board games. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Location was close to everything. Responses were immediate! Definitely recommend!

A wonderful, spacious and well-appointed 4 bedroom home just off of Pioneer Trail. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We also had our daughter’s golden retriever with us and he did very well in this pet friendly home with a good-sized, fenced backyard area. This neighborhood offers a lot of open space and walking/hiking options, which we happily took advantage of. And the location was very quiet, yet a short drive away from the commercial areas of South Lake Tahoe and the Casinos. We would happily stay in this home again in the future!

Great stay just dar enough from stateline to really enjoy the quite serene setting, yet close enough to be just a few minutes from all the fun!

We were two couples and our dog Marley. We have a great time. The house is fantastic. Marley loved the back yard. We walked to nearby trails. Restaurants were a short drive away. Loved the house very much. thank you!!

We rented this home for a family vacation with 6 adults. The location was wonderful and the house was amazing! Would rent it again!

This tri-level home was perfect for us and the adult grandkids we invited to come with us! The location is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house is just beautiful and we loved the layout. The parking is on the main floor where the kitchen is so offloading the cars was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some! There was plenty of seating in the dining area and livingroom. We loved the fact that this house has AC too as many in the Tahoe area do not, and it can get hot during the summer! We normally would take the master bedroom (which is upstairs), but because we brought our dog, we decided to take the downstairs king room. It should be noted that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms in addition to not being allowed on the furniture. From there we could let the dog out to the backyard without having to go down several fights of stairs and the hot tub, which we all used, was right outside of our door! The theater room, which the kids loved, is on the same bottom floor, but the kids kept the noise down so we had no problems with sound. The kids stayed in the bedrooms on the upper floor so it was very nice to have that separation. We made use of every amenity in the house, including the propane BBQ which was right on the deck outside of the kitchen! We made s’mores of course!
The house was centrally located for all of the activities we did! From Kiva Beach to Zephyr Cove where we took the dog to the beaches, to Pope Beach where the kids went swimming, to the Casinos where we went gambling, to mini-golf and bowling where we all went to play, it was perfect!
We even tried several of the recommended casual dining places to eat in the house binder and they were all very good!
And kudos to RnR for providing Kleenex boxes in every bathroom! This is the third time we have rented from them and we really like their vacation homes! We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation! Needless to say, we will be back again in the

Lovely well. appointed home at So Lake Tahoe in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Heavenly, shops, lake and casinos. Our family of 5 stayed four nights for a family wedding. Nice fenced in yard for your pup.
Yard could use table and chairs for outdoor dining. Downstairs bedroom needs new window treatment.Other than that we had a wonderful time and would recommend this home.

This was a great cabin with lots of amenities! Kitchen is modern and updated and the downstairs entertainment area was great for both play time and separate enough for kids to sleep upstairs and adults to still make noise. The nearby hiking was a plus and even saw some bears in the neighborhood. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes to all the great activities and restaurants in South Lake Tahoe.

I would recommend bringing own bath soap/shampoo and dish soap as the quality of the supplied items is pretty low.

Also if you have an active dog who likes to sleep on beds or furniture, this may not be the best place as there are signs and restrictions on all rooms to not allow dogs on furniture or in the bedrooms themselves.

Great getaway in this nicely decorated and fully equipped house in the woods.

My family stayed at the AirBnB in Lake Tahoe for a long weekend. We enjoyed using the fireplace, and the hot tub outside. Home is spacious with large bedrooms, a den in the basement, and kitchen with all amenities needed to enjoy your stay!

I would highly recommend this home for a stay in S. Tahoe. Check-in was a breeze, and pre-trip communication on the process and expectations was great. The house was ready for us to arrive. Everything was clean, organized, and all the rooms were ready with clean sheets, towels, etc. We really appreciated the use of the garage door opener to bring luggage in and out, and the hot tub is a fantastic amenity after long days of show shoeing. The location is excellent. Grocery stores, shops, and most of the major southern trails are within a short drive. Highly recommend this rental as well as any others operated by RnR if this is the level of quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Thank you!

This is a great house! The bedrooms are spacious, there is at least one bathroom on every floor, and the kitchen is gorgeous. Everything was very clean and in working order. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the location is just a few minutes from downtown SLT. The couches in the movie room really need to be updated, but the movie room itself was awesome. Be aware that there are three floors, so you will do lots of walking up and down the stairs. The three levels do provide more space/privacy if you are traveling with other couples or family members. I would recommend this house to others and would book again in the future.

We absolutely loved this property. Awesome location, close to everything. The house had everything for a good time with family and friends. We watched movies, played foosball. And cooked some incredible meals on the barbecue. Overall five stars.

We LOVED staying at People's Choice home! The space is perfect for multiple families since there are so many little nooks to sit and talk, the foosball table was a huge hit and we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain! There were so many small touches that were very appreciated! Body soap, shampoo and conditioner for every bathroom, plenty of Kleenex, toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable! Our dogs loved playing in the backyard and the dog welcome kit with poo bags, lint roller, dog bowls and towels was so thoughtful! We can't wait to stay here again!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is well stocked with everything needed. My husband rarely left the downstairs man cave!

After spending 2 weeks on the road, this house was exactly what we needed! We use vacation rentals often and this house exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything extremely clean, but it was also very well stocked with kitchen supplies! If you are traveling by plane, RnR made it easy to have whatever you need. The location of the house was perfect. We were close to trailheads and just a quick drive to Heavenly and the beaches of Tahoe! We would HIGHLY recommend this house!!

We loved the house. While not right down in the center of the South Lake Tahoe activities (which we knew in advance), the house was perfect for our family getaway. Everything was a short distance away. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The management company checked with us to see that we had everything without us even reaching out to them. The kitchen and kitchen supplies were perfect for cooking meals. I would strongly recommend this home.

Really nice rental about 10 min from everything. We enjoyed it.

The place was very clean and the management company was excellent with communication. I was a little disappointed with the value of the home and the sets of rules that were rather strict.

Overall we were pleased with the unit, the location and the price. We had few problems and would consider renting it again. On the positive, I would say that this was the best-equipped kitchen for any rental I have ever been in. And I am talking about cookware as well as towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. We are a cooking family and it is so frustrating to go to rentals that have measly kitchen tools and supplies. We were a party of 8 and we made/cooked breakfast every morning and cooked dinners on 5 of our 7 nights there. We reported a few maintenance issues but nothing too significant.

Completely satisfied with the house, clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Location is very nice as well. Would definitely rent again!

This was a great set up with plenty of lounge space, great kitchen complete with everything we needed to cook every night. The movie room was fantastic. Definitely coming back to this one.

We loved our stay it was the perfect location to celebrate my husband’s birthday as a family. Grocery store gas station and tubbing was all just a 2 min drive and the snowboarding & the village about a 15 min drive. The backyard was also perfect for our kids to play in the snow. Will definitely be returning

This was one of the best maintained and stocked houses I’ve been to in Tahoe. Great set up for a group with open concept kitchen/living area. I love to cook and was pleasantly surprised by all the kitchen gear (they even have an instapot). Loved the movie room downstairs and hot tub that was actually working and hot (a rarity in my experience). Quiet area within 10 mins of Heavenly. Also appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of garage. Been to a few houses where the driveway was tricky in the snow. All in all a great stay. Would definitely come back.

Lovely home! This was one of the nicest, well stocked and well maintained homes I’ve rented at Lake Tahoe. The open concept main floor was great for our group (hangouts, puzzle building, cooking and meals) and the kitchen had lots of supplies (even an instapot and large griddle). We enjoyed the large movie room and the hot tub (clean and hot). This home is less than 10 mins from Heavenly in a nice quiet location. RnR staff was friendly and available. All in all a great time. I would definitely rent this house again.

A lovely home with a great view, plenty of space for the family and really close to the nightlife and stores. Beautiful experience overall.

I would absolutely recommend staying here in the cooler months but not in the summer. There is no A/C and the main floor reached 90° and the upstairs was even hotter. It was hard to sleep at night because it was so warm. I think the owners should consider putting in an A/C unit.

The house was very clean and in great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need which was a plus! The downstairs movie room furniture could definitely use some new furniture but the tv and sound system were awesome! The back yard was very unappealing so we never used it at all. It does get very warm in the upstairs bedrooms even at night with the windows open but it was unexpectedly warm the week we were there. Overall we had a great stay!

Has to be at the top of our list for rental homes. Very well kept and clean and the hot tub and theatre room kept the kids occupied. Rooms were good size and this place made us feel very homey! Great location near stores and casinos. We will be reserving this place again in the future

Great home. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. Amazing views of trees from all window. My husband loved the theater room and surround sound. We were about 10 minutes from the casinos. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay with friends or a large family! Clean and spacious.

This home was spacious. lovely and filled with light. It was thoroughly clean, and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking gear, including an instant pot and griddle, that we needed to cook every meal at home. We were there for 2 weeks.The basic amenities were provided; plenty of tp, paper towels,shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, detergent for the washer, and some basic is clutter-free, without lots of knick-knacks and dust collectors all around, a plus for us. The foosball table, games, puzzles and extensive DVD's were a huge hit with my grandsons. The backyard was great for my son's dog to play in when he stopped by to visit us. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and great for taking walks. The beds were all quite comfy, though my daughter and son in law said the furnace was a bit loud down in the downstairs bedroom. But they got used to it after a night or two! We had a small problem with the master jetted tub leaking, but we called RNR and they immediately responded. The repair required was extensive, so it couldn't be done during our stay, so they refunded us part of the daily rental rate. That was more than we expected! The downstairs furnishings had small issues(recliners were difficult to close, sofa was a bit worn), as did the big screen display (some spots on the screen that slightly affected picture quality),but these small things were not consequential to our overall wonderful stay.The kiddos loved the downstairs space! Overall, it was a great rental and RNR vacations was easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent through them the next time we're in Tahoe. You should too!

The house was super clean and inviting upon our arrival. It as very homey! We didn’t have to do anything but get comfortable. Every room inside the house is wonderful and amazing. I mostly enjoy the fire oven on the wall and the playing room. This is a great stay place especially for a group between 7 or 8 people. The house includes so many kitchen utensils that was so useful for us. We hope that we can have a same comfortable journey in next year.

Beautiful home. Lots of space for family. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics: oils, spices, soy sauce, plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. The location is great - less than 10 minutes from Heavenly, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is nice for walking and running.

Well maintained Easy access to highways Very quiet

The home was located within a short drive to anything in south lake. We had a large group and a dog. Enough space for everyone to chill and cook out. TV room downstairs was awesome too once you figure out how to rig all the remotes correctly. The yard was a bit scarce compared to some of the other rentals. Great deck to hang out and grill. The hot tub, only half the jets work and it gets dark out QUICK not well lit out back. The home has 3 levels which is hard to decipher from looking at photos. House is fully stocked and there is a Safeway grocery nearby. Be sure to check out the tahoe east shore trail. It was clear and sunny out not too warm a 30 minute drive.

This home was great overall, very stylish and comfortable for our group of 6. The property is close to downtown and the ski lifts and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We love that everything we need is provided and don't have to worry about a thing (shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, kitchen utensils/spices). Highly recommend this home!

My family and I rented the People's Choice property while celebrating my 50th birthday. The accommodations were homey and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was reasonably close to attractions but in a quiet part of town. The layout was great for togetherness but still afforded privacy. We all loved it.

we had a good time here, location is good, though usually a 5-10 min drive to most places. could have used a few extra towels, but otherwise the home had everything and we had a great stay

We had a fantastic time staying at the People's Choice home! It fit everyone comfortably, had enough space for everything! We had fun in the hot tub, the kids had fun in the game room/media room and the kitchen/gather area was a great place to have meals together.
