Nice, comfortable house. Arrived to find it clean in all areas. The location was near the beginning of the mountain bike trails and worked well for me. Although not mentioned in the description, parking in the garage was available - very helpful. RnR Vacation Rentals was quick to respond and finalize the initial reservation, and had very good communication each time I needed to contact them during the trip. I have rented from RnR before and plan on doing so again with confidence.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was super clean and very cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked too! Anything you need, they had. We enjoyed a few mornings in the hot tub and took walks around the nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

Our family will stay in Tahoe once a year for our family vacation. This location is the first time my wife said she’d like to rent the same place next year. The home is better than the pictures actually show.

If you’re looking for a great cabin close to downtown S Lake but a little off the beaten path this is a great cabin. Tucked away in a neighborhood off of Pioneer Trail the cabin is a short 15 drive to S Lake or 5 min to Meyers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of private and public space. If you’re looking for a great S Lake getaway look no further.

My husband and I stayed in this home for 4 nights the end of May/early June. The home is beautifully appointed and the forest environment is very peaceful and relaxing. The location is close (driving) to the Meyers Community and many hiking/biking trails. RnR vacation rentals was excellent in providing instructions and staying in touch if any needs should arise (for us, no issues!). Would definitely stay here again!

Myself and 4 friends rented here for a week long ski trip. We visited heavenly, kirkwood, and Northstar while we were out there. The house was spotless and was laid out very well to accommodate our group. RNR was we extremely communicative before and during the stay which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting South Lake Tahoe.

This property is as advertised. Pictures are accurate and communication with the host is fantastic. This cottage is conveniently located 15min to Heavenly and downtown South Lake Tahoe and 40 minutes to Kirkwood Ski resort. My favorite part of this rental is the kitchen is properly stocked with all cooking utensils needed. Comment to renters; bring flip flops or slides for the hot tub. Gravel from the house to tub makes it tough on feet, but a simple fix. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great location between Kirkwood and Heavenly ski areas. Wonderful layout for the house that provided kids their own spaces. Was a quiet neighborhood and easy access to amenities.

The place was great. Much cleaner than the last AirBnB I got in LA. I picked this place from the remarks about cleanliness from the other reviewers. They were not kidding. This place was so clean that even our pandemic developed paranoia about germs/viruses got to take a break. The living space is wonderfully open and serves as a great hang out area. The place is located about 5 min by car from Holiday Market, a very clean/organized grocery store. Next door to that is Tube Tahoe, where my kids, 5 and 2.5, had plenty of fun in the snow. The shorter route to the hot spots of South Lake Tahoe were all routed via Pioneer Trail, but given it's been years since I last went up to Tahoe, I preferred taking the more scenic Route 50, which only took a couple minutes longer than if I were to take Pioneer Trail. Didn't give 5 stars because central heating didn't reach the master bedroom and we had issues turning on the fireplace. The rest of the house heated up very well, especially downstairs.

We have stayed in over a 100 Airbnb’s and this was the cleanest by far. Great layout for families with the master on the main and guest below with full bath and separate living room. Will be returning and staying in the future!

Great place to stay, clean, great location. The only thing it needs is flat paving bricks to the hot tub. If you forget your shoes the rocks you have to walk over hurt your feet. Otherwise we loved this house!

If you wish to get away from South LT traffic and yet be very close to everything South LT this is the place for you. Well designed space with a full kitchen of every tool needed.

If you want to escape the traffic, crowds, and yet be a short distance to all things South Lake Tahoe this is the place. Space is wide open with a well stocked kitchen of tools. The beds were great and everything was up to date.

The home was beautiful. Great appliances and stocked well in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we loved the layout of the home. We didn't choose to use the hot tub until our last night. Unfortunately it was not usuable do to some food spilled on the inside edge of it and the ants were all over it. We just enjoyed the jetted tub inside the main bedroom instead. Other than it, it was a great property and location close to town. RnR were quick to address any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Although a couple minor changes would make this home perfect. - a larger trash can in the kitchen - blinds in the master bedroom (sunlight would shine really early) - clear instructions posted on how to maintain the hottub Other than that we had a great week spending time with friends and family at this lovely property. -

Visiting from Philly to do some skiing with family from Santa Cruz - we had a great time and have no large complaints. Pros: clean, well appointed, location, comfortable, super-responsive property managers. Cons: the massive amount of snow made it difficult to get to the hot tub (note: I understand this was circumstantial - however we did some further shoveling to be able to fully open the HT cover. Moral of the story: we used and enjoyed the hot tub!). Bottom line - this is a great house for your Tahoe adventure!

We took a Girls Trip to South Lake Tahoe and really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to a grocery store and many restaurants. We were worried about the record snowfall before we went, but found the road the the place had been cleared before arrival. Beautiful views and location. We would definitely stay there again.

Successful spring break trip with teen girls! Very clean and the house layout was wonderful. The Living room down stairs where they girls could watch tv and movies and have their own space. Upstairs had an open living/ kitchen area and was fully equipped with all you would need from starting a fire to cooking dinner. Easy instructions for the use of everything in this home. Truly enjoyed the big windows throughout the house to watch the snow fall, which we were lucky to have the whole time. It was a short drive to a grocery store and not far from the slops. We had a wonderful spring break and look forward to staying here again. The communication was really good with management team. Thank you

House is beautiful and location is great. Hot tub is a great option after a long day of skiing. We visited during the biggest snowfall in maybe Sierra Nevada history and got snowed into the place. RnR was great and extended our stay while we were stranded. Snow clearance in the neighborhood was last on the cities list so if heavy snowfall is expected, make sure you have a 4X4 and chains.

Well if I had the money I would absolutely love to rent 1544 Ojibwa st South Lake Tahoe. It was so clean, very well managed and instruction well put for all electronics , appliance, do's and don'ts. etc I didn't want to go . Also ski resort was very close (Heavenly). Also how cool is it to be in your car driving and about 50 ft or less see a medium size BLACK BEAR RUN IN in front of us.

Would rent the house again. Everything was great. The only kicker was that we could not safely get to the hot tub, due to snow and ice...

Great property! Everything was very nice and clean! Close to Heavenly resort and village. They had the snowpocalypse before our trip so the deck was covered in snow (lots of snow) and we couldn’t safely get to hot tub, but this did not change our vacation in anyway! The master suite had a jetted tub that was used instead! Would definitely rent this property again.

Spent the holidays at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located. Close to town. Fully equipped (the only thing missing is a blender). Clean. New appliances. Had a large great room with large sectional and smart TV for our loungy days/nights. Nice hot tub. It had everything we needed. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am with no exceptions - that would probably be the only complaint, but you can tell the place is very well maintained and taken care of. Would book again. This house is absolutely beautiful. Pictures don’t quite do it justice. The location was great, not too far from the village area, about 15 min away. The house was well stocked with all supplies needed and very clean. Will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

I have used VRBO 10-20 times and this property was the cleanest and best stocked rental I have ever experienced. The living area is warm and cozy and the Kitchen has almost everything you need right down to champagne flutes. We couldn't have asked for a better rental and everything was perfect for our stay. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Easy access to hiking, water activities, and some amazing views.

We had a great stay... From the garage parking to the warm jacuzzi. The fully stocked kitchen (pots,pans,and Tupperware) were great for the few meals we cooked. BBQ and patio made for a meal with a forest view. Perfect size soaps and little extras. Cozy couch and bar top for a night in. Beautifully decorated and remodeled.

Family of 5 stayed in Lake Tahoe for a 7-night stay. We had a great time and this house topped it off. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood; lots of space between houses. 10-minute drive from the casinos and Lake Tahoe. House is in terrific shape. Very clean upon arrival. No issues at all! Nicely decorated and well taken care of. The hot-tub was nice in the evenings. Comfy beds and plenty of space. We will request this house again on our next trip to Tahoe. Quite impressed with the management company in handling our pre-arrival questions. Thanks.

Pine tree paradise is a true paradise! The pictures don’t even do it justice to seeing for yourself! It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! But it is within 5 minutes of a great little grocery store that is well stocked. It is about 10 minutes to Heavenly resort. The hot tub is a must to experience with chromatherapy lights! The house is well stocked with appliances and dishes. This Emma’s the cleanest rental I think I’ve ever experienced. The company was easy to reach and gave timely responses, along with good instructions for our arrival. The best was on Wednesdays there is a farmers market down the road with food trucks and crafts! We really enjoyed that afternoon!

House was just as nice as we had hoped. Very clean. We reached out to the support team once we arrived and we received excellent help with our questions/concerns. Jacuzzi was a nice treat. Liked having ceiling fans in every room. Neighbors were very nice. We plan on booking this home again next year.

Brought my daughter and 4 of her friends to spend the weekend in SLT for her 16th birthday. The house was very clean and I loved that there are 2 living rooms so the girls just stayed on the bottom floor with their own bedrooms, bathroom and living room while I hung out on the main floor by the kitchen. The only issue we had was the toaster in the kitchen. It burns your bread within a few minutes and only half of it. Other than that, the house had everything we needed!
Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was big, open,very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We rented this cabin to gather and reflect my mother and her memories. She has recently passed and wanted us to get together and have a good time. This cabin was the best place to do this. It was quiet and so beautiful. I would highly recommend for any occasion.

This home is gorgeous. Hills in the backyard to sled down, hot tub to stay warm while enjoying the outside winter wonderland, snow caves for the kids (and dad), we had an absolute BLAST. Exactly what our family was looking for in a “snowcation” and we could not have left happier.

Pine Tree Paradise was a perfect holiday getaway home for our family. The house was magnificent, and obviously a very new build. We spent most of our time upstairs in the great room together. It's spacious and cozy at the same time. The kitchen is stocked with premium cookware and everything you need to cook from home, so we spent a lot of time enjoying each other's company while making meals. The kids loved playing outside in the backyard and we enjoyed sipping coffee on the back deck in the mornings, surrounded by pines. My favorite details were the Tiffany style lamps in the bedrooms and the stained glass artwork in the master bathroom. Booking our home was a breeze and I appreciate how attentive the RnR staff was with every question I sent their way to prepare for our trip. They were always super helpful, kind, and easy to reach. The place was sparkling clean! We felt safe there during the COVID pandemic and were grateful for how many precautions RnR took to protect our health and safety with their Clean and Safe program. We will definitely be back!

Greater place for all your outdoor activities. Ride right from the house. Local Meyers shops very close by and a short distance to the “Y” and State Line. Spacious kitchen and great room. Very well kept home. Comfortable and relaxing.

Our family of four enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit on the deck, and swimming and paddle boarding at the gorgeous beaches just 20 minutes north of town. The nightly jacuzzi tubs were the icing on the cake. Great vacation- thank you Lake Tahoe!
