Home was excellent in every way. Clean, well appointed etc....we were not disappointed in any way

Good location (most things are within a 10-30mins driving distance from the house), clean house, nice amenities and responsive host - all make for a good stay at Lake Tahoe. The house, kitchen & bathrooms are well appointed and have all that is needed for a family stay. Host is responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in, finding the place, check-out and a guidebook for places/things to do in the area. Something to note - if you have 6 adults in your party, a couple or at least 2 people will be in the 'loft' bedroom, which is a small space and opens into the living room area, so all that you speak will be heard downstairs and vice versa.

This was our third time at this location and love it each time! SIt was such a nice touch to be greeted with a bottle of wine and Welcome Back card!

The place was clean and organized. Had plenty of games for the family. Loved that the kitchen was greatly equipped to cook and bake. Location was perfect. Easy drive to heavenly and local beaches.

We enjoyed the home. It was comfortable, clean and well located for our needs.

Awsome Tahoe vacation home. Family and friends went up for my daughter's wedding, i stayed at this home with my 2 son's and one daughter in law and 2 grandchildren, oh and of course the family's weener dog Elvis. Everything was as advertised but actually better, plenty of room, Awsome kitchen, modern appliances etc, nice deck with bbq grill and pine tree's all around. And the bathrooms are really nice also especially the showers, all very nice. Also loved having the pool table and air hockey options in the garage but ended up playing darts the majority of the time. Only issue I'll mention is the 2 step drop off going from garage / entry way down to lower bathroom and kitchen area, keep the lights on if dark cause it's no fun missing the steps and hitting the tile floor, trust me. Overall we were very happy with this home and will hopefully book it again soon. Oh and lastly it's nice the location is closer to Stateline than to the Y, very nice homes all around.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Tahoe.

This was our second time staying at this house. We were very happy with this house. Everything that you need is always there. Short drive to Tahoe blvd,casinos and heavenly. We will return to this area and definitely will be using r&r for our next rental.

Great stay for my family of five. Lots of character and super spacious. The dog room was my favorite part of the whole stay. The kids were super entertained and comfortable throughout our entire time in home.

House was very clean and had all items necessary to cook and clean. Driveway can get icy but manageable. Heat and fireplace was efficient. Backyard was also great. Would rent again.

We just finished our 8 day/7 night stay at this great home. Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this 3 bedroom with a loft home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the management company is great to deal with. The home is 5 min from Heavenly & 10 min to stateline. We would definitely book again.

We wanted to have our family Thanksgiving in Lake Tahoe this year and I was so pleased to have found this rental. It was very spacious for our family of six and our small dog. Loved that the main floor had kitchen, living room, dining room in an open floor plan. There’s also a bedroom on the main floor, and two more upstairs with nice clean bathrooms on both floors. The primary bedroom had vaulted ceilings and the full size bunk beds were great for my teen and his younger brother to share. The bottom floor wasn’t used very much by us but the dog’s room was adorable! Our dog didn’t quite know what to make of the doggy door, so we always had to walk her out to the gated yard (just outside the back door). Neighborhood was peaceful. The garage turned game room was inviting but we spent most of our time together in the living room and kitchen. It couldn’t have been better—just exactly what I was hoping for out of our Tahoe getaway.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with several hiking trails just a block or two away. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed grilling on the back deck, and playing in the game room. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time with two other friends. House is very nice with close proximity to everything we wanted to do in South Lake Tahoe. We would consider renting this house in the future when we visit South Lake Tahoe. RnR Vacation Rental was available and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great Service!

The rental property was clean, well equipped and it a great neighborhood. Close to the lake, restaurants and activities. Communication was terrific and convenient (via email and/or text). We had one slight hiccup with an appliance but they alerted us and rectified the situation before we even checked in. Home was just as pictured. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house and location!

Our family enjoyed our mini vacation in Lake Tahoe. We were delighted to find a home for our family of five last minute. The home was cozy, a perfect place to play games, enjoy meals and create wonderful memories and not far from the main strip.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. You will not be disappointed when renting this home.

Well stocked kitchen with lots of space for friends and family time in the living area. Great basement area with a second fridge (we used it for drinks!). The dogs loved the outdoor area (perhaps a little too much. Due to the heavy snowfall, the fences were quite easy for our little explorer to hop over) Do be careful with the driveway in the winter. It gets real icy, and is sloped towards the garage. We had a handful of times the cars were stuck unable to drive out, or were sliding down towards the garage doors even when parked! Salting the driveway helped though! Overall, would more than happily stay again!

The home was super comfortable also a huge like was the showers usually homes don’t have good showers. The space, the living room and the small bar table by the couch was a 2 thumbs up. Dog space was amazing and they have so many items for dogs incase something was forgotten to take to the vacation!

Our family loved staying here for a week. Perfect location, room for everyone, and pet friendly were all features that we liked. The cabin was well stocked with essentials and made cooking meals a breeze. Would love to stay there again.

We stayed for my daughter birthday weekend and the house was an awesome place to stay and the location wasn’t too far from the main town. The only downside was the lights went out, but was because of the weather. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a long weekend here in an epic snow storm! The house was perfect! Extremely clean and spacious! Perfect for our party of 8. We had to end up staying an extra night because the weather made it difficult for travel and the host was very accommodating. We ended up without power for about 12 hours because of the storm, but the house was prepared with emergency lanterns and flashlights! It made for a memorable weekend. We would definitely stay here again! Also pet friendly which was a plus!

As advertised, very clean, stocked with everything we could need, location perfect close to everything.

This place was very clean and well maintained. Lots of a room in the house. Great amenities like tvs in every room, game systems and the guitar on the wall was almost in tune. Lol. Had to play a little. Great place, highly recommended, great area and nice and quiet. We had to buckle in as we had a snow storm hit but was a great place to have to be inside for a couple days. Great rental!! Ohh and even being a dog friendly rental (we left our oldie at home this time) there was not a trace of dog hair on furniture or any dog messes.

Enjoyed our time at Sierra Trails Adventure property. The kitchen was well stocked and worked out perfectly for our family dinners. Lots of room and everthing was clean and comfortable. We weren't able to use the pool table or air hockey though, as the requirement of parking our third car in garage took up too much space. That and the misunderstanding on quoted price were the only negatives. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house had many upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great soaking bathtub! A super cooking kitchen with a lot of pots/pans, spices, etc. for both baking and cooking (although a few skillets/wok need to be replaced as the coating is scraped off) The area was quiet and there was a nice patio w/ a BBQ we used. Large Master bedroom and very dog friendly. A needed upgrade to replace uncomfortable Murphy's bed as it's not desirable for two adults. Nice house for family with kids/teens with game table, washer/dryer & extra fridge in laundry room and a bedroom downstairs. Also, there is a pool table in the garage. Nice TVs in every bedroom, games, books and movie videos available.

Came to celebrate college graduations for our daughters, maybe even the last time we will all be together for a long time. Since my husband grew up in Reno, some of his friends came down to enjoy a cookout with us. With all of this fun and good cooking, I cannot be more grateful for the garage games, grill and FABULOUS kitchens. The quality of cookware was better than home. Being from Nashville I was a bit concerned about no A/C, but it was no problem. Great memories made. Thanks so much!

My family gets together once a year in Tahoe and we always look for the perfect house. This house was absolutely it. It was HUGE. Plenty of space for the 6 of us + 2 dogs. We mostly chose it because of the doggy door and outside dog run which was super convenient for the pups to let themselves out to potty. I will say though, if you have large dogs or dogs on the thicker side (mine), the doggy doors are definitely a tight squeeze. I have Australian shepherds and if they were any larger, they definitely wouldn’t have fit. There’s a door downstairs though that you could easily walk them out to the grass also if need be. The house also had everything you could ever need for your dogs. A big crate, water bowls, doggy beds. The house was about a 5 minute drive to the closest park/dog park, 10 minutes to downtown, and 20ish minute drive to Emerald bay. I couldn’t have asked for a better space to stay. The kitchen has 2 stoves, a microwave, and every type of kitchenware you might need. We cooked all our meals at home and had no problems. There’s also a Safeway about 8 minutes down the road. There were lots of little portable fans in the house that we definitely had to use. I’ve never stayed in a house in Tahoe that had AC, but since the house was 3 floors, the top floor got pretty hot during the day/beginning of night, so the fans came in handy. All in all, loved everything about the house and surrounding area. I’ve stayed with RandR before and it’s always been great. Highly recommend.

Everything was good, we only have one complaint and that was the dog hair all over the furniture and on the bed sheets. R and R responded immediately when we called and brought us new linens within the hour. They were great and the house was perfect for our stay, we are already planning to come back next year!

We had a great time staying in South Lake Tahoe for a family weekend getaway. This property was very well maintained, welcoming and the experience was better than the pictures portray. We had absolutely no issues and I was impressed with all the extra amenities. Would stay here again!

This was a really nice and comfortable, pet friendly house to spend a few days in early Spring. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, just as described. We didn’t try the jacuzzi bathtub but the showers in both bathrooms were wonderful after a day of Spring skiing. The location off the Pioneer Trail was convenient - just a short drive away from South Tahoe attractions. We will definitely come back again.

A very nice place, except for the stairs. Great for the family with the pool table and air hockey in the garage. It kept the kids and some of the adults busy. Would definitely rent it again.

Lovely, well appointed home. Main T.V. Is pretty tight. Not a lot of room to spread out and watch a movie.
Our only suggestion would be more kitchen/dish towels.
Didn’t want to use the nice bath towels for clean up.

This was the perfect getaway for our family and our dog. We really wanted to spend time in a cozy home out in the snow and this delivered. The kitchen is fully stocked, the jetted tub and the jetted showers were amazing, the master bedroom was so perfect with it's own fireplace and high ceiling we felt like royalty. Our daughter loved all the games that came in the downstairs kids room, we had so much fun playing with everything and I spent several days working on one of the many puzzles that were provided at the house. We also loved playing pool in the garage and we took advantage of the many sleds in there to take our little girl sledding for the first time in her life (she loved it). All in all this met all of our needs: was warm, inviting, clean, and full of goodies for our use. Would definitely recommend this home.

RnR is our favorite place to book when staying in Tahoe. They are very responsive, accommodating and the homes they manage are always beautiful and extremely clean. They go above and beyond and make everything so easy.

This house was perfect. 4 adults and 2 dogs. House was very clean, equipped with great appliances for cooking. Space is great and fenced yard for dogs was a plus. Dog door are for small dogs but there is a door located near the fenced yard. The patio had plenty of great seating and the bbq worked great. I would recommend this beautiful home for a vacation stay. Great location and a short walk to trail. Our dogs enjoyed the splashing in the river on our walks.

Great place!!

Great house for us! 4 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of space , about 10 mins drive to heavenly village. Nice kitchen with a ton of supplies-spices, baking dishes, waffle maker, etc. the darts, pool table and air hockey in grade was super fun! The best part ?? It has a hill right next to the house which was awesome for taking the kids sledding down! Would recommend this house for sure.

This home is bright and up to date. The home is just like the photos!! Spacious, clean and the RnR team is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. The neighborhood is very pretty as well.

Place was very clean and they did a great job with quick response times and clear communication in regards to check in and check out instructions. The rooms were spacious and the property was beautiful! It was a great place to rent with a lot of property around and behind the house for easy snow play. We had 2 young children with us and it was very accommodating for our families, with baby gates, booster seats, and full decked kitchen so no need to bring your own kitchen stuff they have mostly everything for your cooking needs. This is such an amazing home! As always, RNR had is fully stocked which is our favorite part about staying at one of their managed properties. All the kitchen amenities you can think of (we celebrated Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to bake, cook and serve), nice/clean throw blankets and pillows, great beds with quality sheets and comforters, and updated appliances throughout. We felt right at home for our 5 day stay and commented how well stocked the house is. Feels like staying at a friend’s place. Also, it was extremely clean. We are all very particular about cleanliness, but we never felt a single thing was dirty or worn down. Awesome layout makes hanging out while cooking, eating and gathering around the fire a blast. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a wonderful 4 days at this home. We even saw a bear walking down the street. Very nice and snowy getaway.

everything was nice, it's a great house. We went to escape the heat. The only issue we were all working or schooling, got kicked out of video conferences (zoom or other). I was able to call in, but just be aware your internet service won't be stable. Also, the PS4 didn't work. I have to admit I didn't take the time to get it going. My son tried, but gave up (something about resetting the controllers).

The home is in the perfect location. Close enough to South Lake Tahoe to be able to take advantage of the amenities, but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. There are two creeks, with beautifully maintained, multi-mile hiking trails, each about a block away from the home. The home is spectacular, with the highest end appliances in the kitchen. Every cooking implement is provided. If you've ever wondered what it's like to cook on a $10,000 Wolf stovetop, this is your opportunity. The whole house feels like it just had a high end makeover. The home was impeccably clean. With ongoing concerns about COVID-19, it was comforting to see that the home had clearly been cleaned with great care.. The management company was friendly and helpful. There is nothing critical I could say about this property.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was really clean, and we appreciated the extra attention paid to Covid protocols. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve ever experienced at a rental, and all the furnishings were very comfortable. We had a slight maintenance issue when we first arrived, and the folks at RnR were pleasant and responded quickly to help resolve the problem. We also enjoyed the overall location of the house—away from the busiest parts of the south lake area, but still a quick drive there if needed and also good access to some local hiking/wandering trails.

This property is great for 2 small families with pets. Kitchen is great and well stocked with utensils. Deck is pretty cool! We had a good time.

Nice house, clean, updated, well stocked with high end cutlery and top class kitchen appliances. Room on ground floor has a Murphy bed which was small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, so husband had to sleep on couch which was comfortable per him. The room downstairs has small day bed (kids size). One master bedroom upstairs was amazing, has a nearby loft with bunk bed, good to keep eyes on kids. We used 3 out of 4 rooms to sleep. Would recommend this place and host to future travelers as professionally maintained and we would like to stay with RnR again! Thanks again!

A lovely house good for small group or family. Perfect distance to Village and trails. Lovely neighborhood. So happy we could bring our family dog.

This place was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well stocked, from hand soap, shampoo & conditioner to dishwasher soap and laundry soap. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out and relax. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck. Everything was as we had hoped it would be. Our dog even had his own little room to hang out in downstairs when we were gone. It was set up with a crate, dog beds, and other doggie odds and ends. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.
