Thank you for managing our extended stay on Capri. The house was well apportioned and your communication throughout our stay was very responsive.

Property management took excellent care of us during the entire stay & even after checkout. Crazy responsive even at night to help generate a new code for the door! Excellent house & neighborhood.

I stayed in this home while my home was being repaired, and it was very nice. Everything was very clean and I appreciated all the little extra, such as towels, soaps, and blankets. I had a few problems with the electrical, but I believe that is an easy fix.

There were 5 of us, and it was absolutely perfect for our working break. We loved the bedroom/bath configuration, and multiple work spaces for each of us. The home was super clean, and the large hot tub was the best! The Tahoe Keys no longer allows short term rentals, but they do allow 30-90 day stays. We were able to pack in a ton of activities in our 30 days. Thanks RnR, we will definitely be back!

House is listed accurately, great location in Tahoe keys. House is spaced out well for a big group, wish there was a living room space downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked, management was quick to respond and we had a great time! Thank you!

This rental was a perfect stay for my wife and my puppy. The house is very well maintained and cleaned. All the instructions were clear and the location is just perfect for a short stroll to multiple parks and the tahoe keys themselves.

Property was immaculate with all listed amenities, plenty of space for kids to hang and parents to chill. Had a minor grill issue that was remedied perfectly and quickly (still had dinner on it same night!). The community amenities were great as well. We’ll come back next time we’re in Tahoe!

This place was awesome! Great for families and a convenient layout.

The house was clean and ready for us to use. One half of my family spent a day snowboarding and the other went for adventure walk. They walked to the Marina near by, had lunch and found a trail that led them to the beach. The children had a blast!

The place is very clean. Got a full kitchen. Very convenient location. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a quiet family vacation rental place to stay.

This was a great space, as nice as it looked in the pictures, and in some ways even better. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a spacious, clean place that is very close to the lake and many other things

Wonderfully large home with all the amenities to relax and unwind in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! Close to parks, trails, and restaurants; perfect spot to sample all that the area has to offer! Home was clean and well appointed with all essentials for our stay.

The location of this house in Tahoe Keys is excellent. Definitely Pay for the activity fee since we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, both pools, and the playground. Additionally, the location is good from the perspective of avoiding traffic in Southlake Tahoe most of the time! Constructive criticism, the master bedroom and bath are extremely small and the seating area is upstairs while most of your activities are downstairs! Consequently, I found the house “uncomfortable“. Lauren, from the rental company, was excellent and extremely helpful. All issues were promptly resolved.

This house was perfect for our family vacation (parents with 5 adult children with couples and grand children). It was a full house but we still had the space we needed. The location was great to South Lake Tahoe fun and adventure. I would recommend it for large groups that want to have a great time together.

From the beginning RnR was very helpful with answering questions about our rental and making sure that it would meet our needs of a large family (parents and 5 adult children with some couples). The house fit us all very comfortably and had all the pillows and plates that were needed. When we ran into issues once on site RnR was very responsive and took care of everything. The location was a highlight for its bike ability and proximity to the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay every much.

We could not have asked for a better place for our group. The community is adorable and each room and bed were so thoughtful and comfortable. Having multiple living areas was awesome. We had a great time!

Nice and convenient. Had everything we needed. Rooms were nice and rustic Kitchen is a little tight and there's no living room downstairs but overall comfortable stay.

Great house, each room has a queen or king bed- perfect for families or large get togethers. Agency very responsive, we ran into an electrical issue concerning the upstairs lights for about an hour and were able to fix via immediate phone support. Excellent house lay out for 2 common areas, will definitely consider staying here again if we return to South Lake Tahoe!

Everything was as described. Had a great weekend skiing and snowboarding at Sierra at Tahoe. The house was very comfortable and the communication and service was top notch. Had issues with the hot tub FLO sensor which they fixed immediately. No complaints. Looking forward to coming back!!

Our family enjoyed a week in the springtime at this spacious and comfy home. Tahoe Keys is a quiet neighborhood and has walking paths that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The Landscapers keep the area well manicured and clean. You can step out the back gate and enter the tennis courts or simply watch from the upstairs family room. Kitchen area has a table where all seven of us could sit around and enjoy a meal and play games. Playground, Pool and Beach just a short walk away. Discovered Artemis' Mediterranean Restaurant and Villa Roma Italian Restaurant. Perfect home to take your family and enjoy some quality time together.

We did enjoy our stay. Nice location and secure. The house was a bit small for our group of 8. Needs more couches or comfortable sitting. I found parking for only 3 vehicles inconvenient considering size of the garage.

We had a great time in this house. There was lots of areas to hang out, whether it was in the kitchen area, outside, or upstairs in the living room area. Kitchen is a bit small for the size of the house, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Everything was really clean and toiletries were provided.

We really liked the location of the house and thought that on the whole, the house was wonderful. What we didn't realize though, was that there is no lounging area on the ground floor, although there is a large flat screen with blue-ray player downstairs. One member of our group has difficulty with stairs and having the only couches with TV on the upper floor was inconvenient. Also, it was a little odd that there wasn't overhead lighting in many of the bedrooms and not many dressers for our clothes. However, this is not enough to drastically detract from what is truly a beautiful home. There were 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and a dog in our group and we never felt on-top of one another.

I would recommend this rental to family and friends. The location was great and the home was well kept and clean.

We were a group of eight gals who brought scrapbooking and quilting for our annual June retreat. Highly recommend this home for that purpose, there are two dining tables and room to set up a couple more. Table downstairs is huge. We had no issues and the mgmt company was very quick to return my text. Home is very nicely decorated. The only thing we missed was eating meals outside, next time I will bring a couple card tables for that. There are already chairs out by the spa. We found everything we needed in their kitchen, linens and towels were nice, home was very clean. I didn't listen to their voice mail til later, but they had called to let me know the home was ready and we could check in early. Wow! That was really nice, although we come from 2.5 hours away, and timed it to get there after 4 pm.

The house is great and there was plenty of room for our large family. The location is also very good with close proximity to everything we needed.

I really like the place because of the huge background and the place is clean in organize. There is 2 refrigerator so kids doesn't need to go down to pick up snacks plus the best thing is the place is close to convenient store, grocery, restaurant.

Nice home, nice vacation...The management did a great job readying the house, considering there had been so much snow that week. Easy accessiblility in and out.
The layout if this home was not really conducive to large crowds relaxing together. Upstairs area had sofa seating for 5 and table/ chairs with TV
Downstairs had dining table/ chairs for TV viewing, but not really comfortable for relaxing after a long day out. Never could get that TV working...
We bought 3 boxes of wood - it was chilly all the time on the first level. The heat rise- making upstairs very warm. The kitchen was very well stocked. Great for cooking. Good quality towels and bed linens.. bring slippers!!!! The floors are cold!!!!
One question we had for prop. management co. was resolved quickly.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay

This split level accommodations afforded privacy necessary for meeting space vs. living spaces. Nicely decorated and very close to Lake Tahoe.

Fabulous ! The location of this house was perfect. We had 4 kids under 5 yrs old and we would pile them in the wagon and head to the beach,pool and playground. Plenty of room for all!

We had a great time in the Tahoe Keys and this house was perfect for us. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with family and throughly enjoyed the property. The space was perfect for our guests, providing everything we needed to celebrate, relax and enjoy our time.

It was great vacation for 4 families with kids

It was everything I expected it to be and more. Plenty of space to accommodate our party of 6. I was nervous after booking that it was too far from the state-line, but it was a quick 10 minute cab-ride.

When we arrived, the blender was not working. I emailed the company to let them know it was broken upon our arrival. They promptly emailed me back, within 20 minutes, and even delivered a working blender.

I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed there in celebration of my sister's 30th birthday, and we can't wait to go back! When we arrived, it was snowing--so pretty! The key-in lock was set to the code they said it would be set to, so thankfully we were able to get in right away, no hiccups.

It was the perfect cozy, stay-inside house for cool weather, but I am positive it would also be fun for the summer. It was spacious and inviting. Everything felt new and clean and yet not too overly sterile. We were able to spread out and read, play games, or relax when we wanted downtime.

This was my first time doing a vacation rental home. The contract was pretty strict which caused some tensions--there is a rule about no shoes in the house, no hot tub after 10 pm, and I was a bit obsessive about people using the coasters.

Other than that, the house had everything you could need for cooking; there was a coffee pot (12 cup). There was also a perfect size yard for playing catch with my little (9 lbs) dog.

FYI- Keep in mind when you're planning your trip that the trails, camp grounds, and tours don't seem to open until May-September. If you go during the snow season, plan on gambling, making snowmen, and do a lot more indoor activities. :)

We rented the house for a family vacation of 11. 4 kids & 7 adults. It had the right amount of space for everyone to be comfortable and not get in each others way. It was clean, centrally located, tastefully furnished (none of that 30 year old mattress Tahoe thing) & has a hot tub along with sauna on premises. We will definitely be back.

We had 12 people and everyone fit well and enjoyed ourselves. The management was very helpful and responsive to questions we had about the area and property amenities.

Spacious home, good location and great for a dog, nice back yard. The only thing we would recommend is more cutlery, we had to improvise the knives and forks past the numer 5!, good condition, nice beds and plenty of bathrooms. Very good location for the lake and tennis
