Tahoe Reset - AC, Hot Tub, Shuffleboard, Pet Friendly

This home provided a wonderful stay for my six guests and I. All the amenities were beautiful, and the location is right by the heart of South Lake Tahoe, about 12 minute drive. It’s quieter and much better price south of the Tahoe airport where this beautiful house is located. With a fresh renovation this house has lots of curb appeal! Great stay

Had a great experience at this property. Very new renovation with lots of curb appeal. Entry was digital so we experienced convenience from the start. With a large living room and kitchen, our friend group had plenty of room to walk around and enjoy downtime between nature outings. We took a service dog with us and he loved the back yard. The surrounding area is very quiet and you really get to enjoy the sounds of nature. Overall great bang for your buck.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in Lake Tahoe. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Perfect space for a group of 5 and a dog. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was very well maintained and clean. We had 9 people staying there for 3 nights and it was spacious enough for all of us. We’ve rented other properties in South Lake Tahoe in the past, but this was by far the best one! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Came for a family vacation and had a great time. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We cooked on the grill and made big family dinners in the kitchen. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, toilet paper and all the essentials. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch. Even saw a coyote run by!

We enjoyed our stay at the home with our kids and parents to celebrate a birthday and holiday. We did run into a few things in the home of concern, but when making the property management aware of it they were quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay!

Great location and as advertised. The basket of kid books, extra charger and doggie goodies were great extras! Definitely recommend.

My family (6 adults / 2 teens) and I stayed here for 5 days in January of 2023, and we were very happy with the stay. My wife and I usually do a snow trip solo, so this was our first time renting a much bigger place like this. We were very happy with this roomy place, the cleanliness, and how well-stocked/supplied the rental was. The kitchen had everything you needed including a crock pot! The place was clean, the host was communicative and provided very clear instructions, and the location was great as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. Loved the house. Enjoyed the hot tub and the large fenced in yard with lots of snow. The rental agent was quick to respond to all of our questions. Will come again.

This home was very comfortable and perfectly equipped. I frequently use airbnb for work and the management company for this place is top notch. You have to jump through a couple extra steps filling out paperwork, but it's definitely worth it.

This home was great for our girls trip. Good, central location for getting to all places around Tahoe. Kitchen was well stocked and they had a lot of extras including many bathroom accessories and a welcome gift . Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was one of very few with AC and we needed it this summer.

Enjoyed the home, had every kitchen amenity needed. It was great having a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Adding darkening curtains to the bedrooms would make a great stay perfect.

Overall nice place. Our one major gripe was that the fridge had just been turned on and was at room temperature when we arrived. We brought up a bunch of food and drinks for the week, and it was a huge pain figuring out how to keep everything chilled for a day until the fridge cooled down. Otherwise this is a lovely family place. Spacious, comfortable, and clean with well-equipped kitchen, small patio, and nice grill. Just ten minutes driving from South Lake Tahoe and fifteen minutes from Emerald Bay, with quick access to beaches in between. Definitely not a party house - there are a lot of rules and not much room to hang out around the hot tub.

Good location in South Lake Tahoe for day trips. Close to Angora Lake trail (a must to see)! Very close by is both Pope Beach and Fallen Leaf Lake. If you are looking for a home to rent with a decent size living room/dining room, this is the location for your group gathering!

Property just as described and very clean. Super pet friendly even with a little welcome basket for our pup. The back and front deck were great for gathering and play area for the kiddies. Kitchen fully stocked, with all your needs even a keurieg and regular coffee maker. The rooms were decent size bathroom, updated with great water pressure. All room la equipped with a fan for that great air flow. Kids loved the hot tub. We used it every night. Huge back yard for our dog even with a side yard for them. Loved the decor and theme of the entire home. Stayed with my family of four and another family with 4 and it was just right for 4 adults and 2 kids and 2 toddlers. Lots of games and entertainment, we would love to stay again.

This place was perfect for our two families in Tahoe. We had two 5 yo and two toddlers with 4 adults and this place fit our families well. Our dog loved the stay, and the pup welcome basket so cute! Great side yard for them and bug backyard to play in. Kids loved the hot tub, wry spacious and clean. A lot of games and extra toys for the kiddies as well. The kitchen well stocked, we didn’t have to buy any extras. Loved the back and front decks we used them a lot for the bbq, and just hanging out looking at the trees. Quiet neighborhood about 10 min drive to the strip of Tahoe, and stores less than 5 mins away. We loved the mountain them decor, and the furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed our king size bed, the hubby said it was a little too soft for him but I guess we all have different preferences. We will definitely stay again, especially if we bring our dog on vacation with us to Tahoe.

Great location! Very clean! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The check in and check out directions were very clear. Everything was set up for us. Will be staying at this place again!

It is 15 minutes away from the stateline where 4 casinos are. Many fine dining restaurants minutes away. Extremely clean and comfortable place. Just check in and enjoy.

Great house in a great location! Can’t ask for more than this in ski vacation house. Loved playing shuffleboard, grilling out, and using the hot tub!

Five star rental home. Rooms were nice and well stocked with towels, spare pillows, etc. Both showers were excellent- hot and nice pressure. The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals at the house. New TV, fireplace, all the amenities were very nice. Hot tub worked great. It was an added bonus to be on a corner lot and no neighbors close by. Located a short drive from Heavenly village.
