It’s a great place for 2 families with kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and spaces are roomy, clean, and offer privacy. The location in terms of heavenly and the entertainment is very closely located.

We had a wonderful stay at this property...comfortable, clean, quiet and within walking distance to everything! Property management was attentive to all of our questions and extremely nice to work with. We give this townhome our highest recommendation...we’ll definitely be back!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable

We loved this home. It was comfortable, had most kitchen items you need to cook with, roomy, great layout and nice proximity to heaveny village. It is a 5 minute walk. My friends and family really enjoyed ourselves and we would love to stay here again in the future.

My husband, three adult sons, one daughter in law, one grandson and one girlfriend absolutely loved our vacation at Tahoe Woods! It was spacious, clean and quiet. It is very close (walkable)to shopping and dining. Would stay again!

The condo was clean and very up to date. The kitchen and family room area is spacious and fit all five of us easily. We loved the fact that they have soap, dish soap, detergent, plastic bags and every utensil and pot or pan you could imagine. We loved this location as well! So close to many restaurants and shops.

Town house worked well for our family of 5. Very comfortable and well taken care of home. The owner and property manager were gracious with their time and effort. Communication and check-in were seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our group of 5 stayed here to ski Heavenly for Spring Break for the college kids in our group. The layout was excellent and it was an easy 5-minute walk to the gondola. We used the ski valet at the gondola to avoid the walk lugging our skis and that worked great. We also used lockers to store our shoes as we skied. The unit above us had some heavy footed people on a couple of the later nights, but that was really out of the property owners control, and we viewed it as something we just have to deal with in condo living at times. We would stay again!

Perfect spot for our group. Was able to walk to everything we could've wanted to do. The hosts were great and checked in numerous times before, during, and after our stay. I felt like I had every possible information I could've wanted for our rental and surrounding area.

Walking distance to heavenly village and gondola! Very well stocked condo with almost everything our family of skiiers needed for our week stay. The management company was responsive and helpful. Would book unit again if we are back in the area!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. Everything worked. Communication great! Close to the casino, skiing, and food offerings, all within walking distance. Kitchen was great. Furniture and beds comfortable. I would rent again and not hesitate to recommend.

This place is one of the most comfortable warm places I’ve ever rented in Tahoe. The decor is so pleasant. The location is right is great. Quiet but accessible by walking or scootering to the casinos or the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen is thete!

Perfect home for our girls weekend! House slept 8 of us comfortably. House is very well stocked. Had a great time playing games and cards at the large table that fit all 8 of us and thoroughly enjoyed playing shuffleboard. Great location! We were able to walk to many shopping and dining areas and the local casinos. Close to the lake as well! Had one issue with blowing a fuse while using two blow dryers at the same time - RNR was quick to respond and get the issue taken care of! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was fantastic. The townhome was extremely clean and the pictures online represent the property very well. Only issue was a highly energetic toddler above us.

We were very happy with the rental. Clean and spacious. The shuffleboard was a big hit. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Short 5 minute walk to town or the beach. It would be great if there were beach chairs to use instead of renting for $30 per chair.

What a wonderful vacation week with our family. The accommodations looked exactly like the pictures on the website - beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The community was gated but we never felt security was a problem. We were just three blocks from Heavenly Village where there were plenty of places to eat and lots to do. Our entire family loved our stay at South Lake Tahoe Woods.

This was a perfect space for three couples to have their own rooms and bathrooms for a long weekend. The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and easily walkable to Heavenly Village. Will definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic condo. Great location. Loved having a garage to keep our rental car clear of snow. Everything inside was modern and clean. Very comfortable furniture. The appliances including laundry were high end. What really stood out were all the included items. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, paper towels, tissues, etc,. And not just starter amounts. There was extra of everything which you often don't find in a VRBO. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful experience at Tahoe in the rental. The rental was clean upon arrival. The property managers were always repsonsive prior to arriving at the rental. They were very helpful with information about the Town and the rental. They also were so helpful with our questions via phone while we were at the rental. We wouls definitely book again!

The rental unit was everything we expected from the description and photos. The team was very helpful during our stay and leading up to our stay. They responded quickly and also assisted us with questions and infirmation about the area because it was our first time in South Lake Tahoe.

Very good option

We loved the location and condo!! It was perfect for our group, 2 families; 2 married couples and 3 kids, never felt crowded, and enough space that the kids could be loud and it didn’t bother us. Only down side, the renters above us were EXTREMELY loud. I understand this can happen anywhere that is a shared space living arrangement, they were excessive. Be prepared that this could happen when you stay there. Overall, it was an amazing place and we are already looking at the calendar to book it again.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great, very convenient, walking distance to the village, gondola, lake, restaurants & market.

By and large a great trip. Weather was impeccable, we were between storms, and #602 is well located. Regretfully the neighbors above made so much noise that several members of my family could not sleep thus we are unlikely to ever stay here again. We will definitely find a stand-alone dwelling. This vacation rental was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen utensils, very clean and a great location for access to restaurants, grocery stores and the Heavenly Ski Resort. We highly recommend this vacation and plan on visiting again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe in Tahoe Woods. The location of the condo could not have been better. We would walk to dinner and night and gamble after. The amenities in the condo were great. We cooked in a few nights and had everything we needed to prepare dinner. Would recommend this condo.

House was absolutely perfect! Great amenities, walking distance to shopping and minutes from the wedding reception location. Staff was responsive to questions. Would highly recommend this property and the property management team.

Great condo and great location ! Only complaint would be beds are too firm!

We rented this unit the last week of July 2022. Space was very clean, came with all the essentials, and plenty of room for everyone! Great location right in the heart of downtown near Heavenly Village with plenty of restaurants and shopping and within walking distance to the beach and casinos. Only small complaint was the wifi and streaming services were spotty and slow at certain times of the day.

Great location for S.Lake Tahoe access to all it has to offer. But no great view. RnR sticker in main window blocks what view there is. Amenities are clean and functional, but are builder-grade and not particularly well laid out. Plenty of space though. Will consider favorably for a return visit. Worked well for adult family of four.

This place is wonderful! The best part is that it's so roomy and they have comfy furniture to relax in. I think the rooms are bigger than they appear in the pictures. Great location, the short walks to the gondola were the perfect warm up to stretch our legs in the mornings. It's very nice that they give us access to the garage as well. Very nice/upgraded appliances. The stove is killer, I want one in my house!
My only request would have been for a larger space heater in the master bathroom and humidifiers.

The place was wonderful--large.clean, a perfect location. And RnR Vacations was the best rental agency I have ever used. They sent helpful emails about the unit, the weather, local restaurants, etc. They were also very responsive. I would return in a heartbeat.

The location of the rental home is fantastic, walking distance to Heavenly Village, lake trails and casinos. Home is well appointed with everything a family needs to enjoy their stay from small cooking appliances to large washer and dryer (including the pods!). We had a minor mishap that resulted in damage to one of the cabinets, RNR handled the situation quickly and professional with no disruption in our vacation. Beds and linens were so comfy, each of our guests commented on how well they sleep. Only recommendation is that the same instructions for the thermostat that is hung downstairs be copied and placed upstairs above the additional thermostat to avoid messing up the settings.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo. It is even better than the pics. The condo was very clean, it looked and smelled brand new! We were so happy staying here. It has a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed and more. Nice living area with cozy couch and fireplace. Fun shuffle board table! We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Great location and accommodations! Our family visits South Lake Tahoe every year and this place was perfect for us, my parents, and my brother’s family with 2 small kids. Everything was within walking distance!

Our stay was great, we vacationed for a week with family with little kids. It was nice to have air conditioning in the rental during warm summer months as our kids require certain temperature to sleep comfortably. The unit was clean, had updated decor and furniture was comfy, perfect amount of seating and well equipped kitchen and bbq grill. We were also able to bring our small dog with us. Overall, great location walking distance close to the beach, restaurants, gift shops, and casinos. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Great Location, short walk to Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola & even shorter drive if you opt to drop off skiers. Property was exactly what we booked online. Layout, amenities & cleanliness were outstanding! Quiet gated community, very safe. Will def' recommend to our friends & family and stay here again.

This is a complex with 3 separate spaces in 1 unit. We had people above us and next door up until 4:00am (3 nights). They were loud and sounded like they were running across the room all night and played techno all night as well. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The heating system was a nightmare to operate. Manuel was not self explanatory.

This is a great place to stay, all rooms are very nice, all had TV's, it is a very short walking distance to the main drag. was very easy to check in and out. is a gated community which is nice and you had access to the Garage. the kitchen, dining and living rooms are great. all in all it was a great stay. they even supplied K cups for the single cup coffee machine. I would stay here again.

High recommend this property. Lots of room, fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, nicely furnished, very clean and unbeatable location. Walking distance to the strip AND beach!! We will definitely be coming back!

This was a perfect condo for our family of four. It’s situated at a short walking distance to heavenly village, supermarket and marina. This gated community is hidden behind inns and a small shopping building, therefore it’s quiet even tho it’s close to the busy Main Street. Communication with the management team was flawless and they provided all the details to ensure an easy self check in. This property was provided with all the essential items you can think of. Kitchen is well stocked with different types of cookware and more than enough plates and cups for party of 15! This property was very spacious for our family of 4 as we had so much space to spread out. Appliances are new and very quiet and efficient. This home is also tastefully decorated with enough things to make it feel like home yet not over cluttering. If we have to pick bone, would be that we took off our shoes at the entrance way as requested, and found ourselves with dirty feet couple of hours after. Perhaps it’s an isolated incident which we will reflect to the management team. We didn’t make it a big deal since we end up wearing socks throughout our stay. We will indeed reconsider this property on our next trip.

Awesome Experiene, great place, prime location, and very responsive hosts. The unit above our rental, owned by a different host, was leaking water and RnR was able to get it resolved and remedied within under 90 minutes. Couldn’t recommend more.

This was a perfect rental for our family. Spacious, clean, complete with anything you would need for your stay in Tahoe. Walking distance to the gondola and the village made enjoying the area so easy. RnR was so incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay.
