Lakeland Village #462 - Pine Peak Paradise 2.5BR

The property was clean and cozy for our stay. We visited the area for skiing at Heavenly, but wanted a nice view and location close to the lake. The location was peaceful. The unit was centrally located, close to the lake, and very spacious and clean.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Convenient location, comfortable, quiet and a relaxing stay. Exceded our expectations.

Great place

We had a great stay at this lovely condo. We came to ski at Heavenly, and the condo was perfectly located with a very short drive to the California lodge or gondola. Additionally, with shared hot tub with lake views was a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Great communication and easy check in. Place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Loved teh view of the Lake. Great location with access to lake and about a 20-minute walk to Heavenly gondola. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property

Had a great stay at this location. Just one hiccup with the Master Bedroom light that would not turn off but maintenance handled it right away. Would highly recommend!

Our family of four loved staying in Lakeland Village #462. It has well appointed for all our needs, very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the mountain.
Management company is very communicative / easy to communicate with and proactive with information.
The unit was well stocked with kitchen tools, coffee/tea, and plastic storage bags.
It had special touches like soaps/shampoo etc in every bathroom and kitchen had cleaning supplies as well.
We also appreciated plenty of klennex, TP, and papertowels etc. Really all the basics that are needed for a nice long stay.
Comfortable beds, nice layout, easy parking.
Highly recommend this unit.

RnR was responsive, helpful and made the entire process easy. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

This property is beautiful- well maintained, very cute "cabin in the woods" theme. The location is amazing- you can see the lake from the balcony, and it's walkable to a grocery store, CVS, and some restaurants/bars. The hosts were very responsive as well. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. Communication with the property management was great they kept me updated from the moment my trip was booked. When we arrived at the condo I was nervous with all the stairs but we were happy to see a baby gate. The house stayed cool even despite n not having an air conditioner. Master bed was SO comfortable. Great proximity to the pool and the private beach. Fire pits available (great for s’mores) and grocery right across the street. We can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great stay! Everything was wonderful! The condo was really well located, clean, and was perfect for our family of five. It is close to everything and the view of the lake is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

We have rented many condos at Lakeland Village and you never know what you will get when renting through them. This unit was exactly as advertised and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had our 4 kids plus a girlfriend so 6 adults & 1 teenager, and had plenty of room. Location is great, easy walk to the hot tub, lake, fire pits, restaurants, boat rentals and scooters. This was definitely one of our best trips and will stay in this unit again.

We were visiting family and this townhouse was exactly as advertised. It also included some nice surprises … like a fully stocked coffee and tea bar. The two bedrooms were located on the main entry floor and the beds were very comfortable, however, all the pillows were much too plump and not at all comfortable. An extra hook or two next to the bathroom sink is needed. The second bathroom is located one flight up (with plenty of towel racks), along with a well equipped kitchen, great room and dining area. The unit is located in a nice area, and as advertised, it’s an easy walk to shops. Parking close to the unit was challenging on the weekend, but after most of the renters checked out, we got our pick of the spots.

South Tahoe was our home base for four nights in early May. It was a convenient location with a nice view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The unit was quiet and comfortable with every convenience provided. Minor issues were two wall clocks that didn’t work (likely needed batteries), a cold entryway in spite of the heat being on, and drafty windows. Otherwise, the kitchen was very nicely appointed with a bonus coffee bar. We contacted the agent prior to arriving and they were very prompt in responding.

This property was great. The place was very modern, super clean and they thought of everything you could need being away from home. Loved the espresso maker and the heated flooring. The linens and towels were clean. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

This home was immaculate and well stocked with supplies. The location was great and within walking distance to several stores. Nice view from the sliding door!

Overall good stay, looks like what is in pictures. I think this was in another review but the heat (if you are staying in colder times) turns down to 55 in the middle of the night. This should be fixed by PM when people are staying there. But know how to work a google nest if you don't want it to get too cold in the middle of the night. Otherwise, nice stay, beds were comfortable, location is nice, showers had great pressure and it was clean! We would book here again.

Cozy and conveniently located spot. Amenities were great. It’s professionally managed, so communication was pretty seamless. Did have to sign a very long agreement detailing property rules before they confirmed.

This property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space for all 5 of us. The property was clean and very comfortable with two cozy fireplaces and lots of extra blankets. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the nearby stores including Whole Foods. The view was so beautiful as you could see the lake and the snow on the mountains in the same view (also walking distance to the unit).

This was a wonderful stay. The location is so convenient. It's just a few steps away from the lake and the property was maintained very well. The property management staff are very responsive and nice. The only negative, was that the stair railings on the second floor are seperated wide enough that my 11 month old was able to squeeze through them so it was a huge safety concern. We ended up blocking it with our luggage and made it work. We would stay again.

Easy check in- clean comfortable and stylish property.
Nice location and surroundings- easy walk to the lake I would rent again- once recommendation would be the heat was programmed to shut off ( during the night) too cold for me. I would suggest sharing info on how to keep the temp at an acceptable range during the night.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything was as described. The condo is a short distance from parking but we brought a wagon to help haul our stuff from the car which was super helpful. Looks like the community has been making a lot of upgrades and there were always friendly staff and/or security around so you knew the area was being looked after. It was unexpectedly quite warm during our September stay so the 2 bedrooms in the basement were lovely while the loft was quite warm even with the fan. So if you need the loft during a warm season (85+ degrees) keep that in mind. We will definitely be back!

The townhouse was spotless, well stocked for our needs and had lovely touches left by RnR vacation rentals such as light jazz playing when we entered and lights on in case of an evening arrival.

The home is perfectly located and has a great view of the lake. The neighbors are wonderful and this unit has a great garden in front tended to by the neighbors which really gives it that extra homey feel.

Can’t wait for another stay!

Very nice three story with views of Lake Tahoe and easy access tot he beach. Centrally located close to shopping and restaurants.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Village. Property was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We stayed in this condo for a ski trip. Although it is .7 miles to one of the Heavenly access points, the main village itself is a couple of miles away. It seems like a pretty good value for a 3 bedroom condo - washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and easy lake access. Only thing missing is a coffee table for the living area, seemed odd that there wasn't a place to put your drink down! I would return to Lakeland Village again.

The unit was clean, located perfectly near the lake and pool, quiet and well-maintained. Decor was tasteful. Kitchen stocked well. Beds fairly comfortable. Property amenities were great including fitness center and pools.

This is a great property with a rustic Tahoe vibe combined with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! It was very clean and welcoming, R&R made it feel like an upscale hotel. They were also very responsive and accomodating! All of this, combined with the views from the patio (pictures don't do it justice) and Lake Tahoe, the beach, and pier being steps away, make this great location for a wonderful, stress-free vacation!

Everything was as expected. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were closed due to covid, but the beach was relaxing. Came to Tahoe for a change or scenery and fresh air. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time to VRBO in S.Lake Tahoe and it won't be the last! This property will see us again. The grounds were beautiful, the property was clean and well furnished, and the views were astounding! Relaxing at its best!!!
