Very clean my kids loved it

The condo is clean and has everything you need. The location is convenient and walking to the lake for sunsets on the private beach and pier was perfect. Excellent communication with the RnR. We would stay again.

Great rental made for a good trip. The community/complex is the perfect place to be to enjoy South Lake tahoe. and has great lake access with its own Beach area with a pier. The beach was a sandy beach. Much better than the few public beach areas. It has 2 pool areas with a spa. Extremely helpful to entertain the kids. Definitely recommend and would use again. Nice community, safe, plenty of parking and great access to the lake. the rental had everything we needed and a place for everyone. Thanks!

The place was clean and nice. Really enjoyed the stay, very quiet and a solid 5 stars for the unit. I didn’t interact with the rental staff. There was a ton of bear poop in the front yard.

We stayed at the condo for the ACC tournament which was easily accessible by boat. The condo was clean and as advertised. Did not have A/C which we knew about going into the stay but were not prepared on how hot the condo would get during the afternoon (especially the loft). There were 3 TV controls for one TV which was frustrating, but we figured it out. Private beach and pier was nice and we enjoyed the fire pits. Communication with property management company was outstanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Even on 4th if July weekend pool and beach were not crowded. Felt safe, kids loved the pacman.

We took a family trip during the 4th of July holiday and had a great time. We were close to everything such as restaurants, Heavenly Village, and fishing charters. The main reason we stayed at this location was for private access to the beach area for the fireworks show. There was plenty of beach area to watch the fireworks after all the easy ups were put away. The best part was after the fireworks show ended, it was only a short walk back to the condo with the kids. The kids were always entertained with either the pool or lake. I will note the loft upstairs can get hot in the summer but the downstairs bedroom was nice and cool

Beautiful home, very cozy! Loved the proximity to restaurants and the casinos. Check in was easy and everything was as expected! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay and it was cozy and modern. Super clean as expected and lots of things to eat close by as it is across the street from Whole Foods and to the left of cvs.

We had a great trip and stay at I Lake It A Lot. The unit is very well equipped and comfortable. There has been a lot of thought put into the decor and amenities. We really loved having the electric grill on the patio for cooking on those warm, summer evenings. There's plenty of storage for all your gear and even a fun selection of games. We would definitely stay again. RnR are attentive and responsive and great to rent from!

I Lake It A Lot was the perfect town home for our family. We appreciated many of the updates like the lovely floors and was also very thankful for the nice extras like the beach chairs, complimentary coffee and laundry detergent! Our boys loved the old school video games and the beds were very comfortable - lots of blankets and pillows! And staying in Lakeland Village is a dream - right on beautiful Lake Tahoe. The resort has lounge chairs on the beach, two hot tubs, two pools, and beautiful grounds. We can't wait to come back!

The listing looks like the photos and the access to the private beach with lake access alone are worth the rental price. As the listing mentions, there is no AC so it did get warm in the loft area (important to keep in mind if you have people sleeping up there), however the bottom level where the bedroom and bathroom are stayed pleasant and with the fans we were able to keep the main living area cool as well. Kitchen and bathroom were slightly dated but everything functioned great and it was a wonderful property and stay. We would definitely book this place again. Also, the RnR folks were super responsive, very friendly, and provided lots of local recommendations.

great place to bring your family

Condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the “second upstairs” aka loft and the unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee and water bottle was a nice touch. Lakeland Village was a bit more run down than we would have liked, but the unit was definitely a diamond in the rough and a great value. It was an easy 1 mile drive to Heavenly Village and the free 2 hour parking there at Raley’s allowed us to dine and shop without incurring additional costs. Walking to the lake and dock was a nice bonus that most in South Lake don’t have access to. We would stay here again, but hope management of Lakeland Village improve the overall quality of the community by then.

Our stay in Lakeland village was perfect. Property was amazing and spacious. Had everything we needed and check in and checkout was easy. Property is very close to ski lifts At California lodge a 5'minute drive with free parking. Property is also very close to all restaurants and shopping less than a 5 minute drive. We loved it and will be back

I this property was better than I expected. It even looked better than on the pictures in real life. I really was surprised and appreciated that they were wise all these extras inside the condo and dishwasher soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, there was saran wrap, and foil that I tend to always forget to grab or don’t want to grab too much with me. This place has tons of dishes. Convenient location right across the street. There was a Whole Foods and eat outs. The only negative is that someone needs to reprogram the thermostat because during the night the inside temp drops and gets very cold and our last night it got so extremely cold we could not understand why the temperature was so low but for some reason it was set at 54degrees. And down stairs it felt much colder. Other then that it was a great stay.

We spent 3 night stay in this place. It was great. Well keep interior space,clean and nicely decorated,fully equipped kitchen,basically you can just stay indoor and enjoy the view of snow from balcony or enjoy hot bath tub within walking distance from apartment.

Thus listing is just as advertised, probably better! It was comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen has literally everything you could need. I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for my family there! We loved the location, and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night on the pier! Thanks for sharing with our family!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this property. The house was very clean and located right in town close to restaurants. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living area.

We enjoyed staying here with our family. It was a cozy home and near the lake. People were friendly and kids had a blast. It was convenient for us with the markets being right across the street. It was in town with a lot of fun shopping and places to eat. Would stay here again.

The complex is great! Loads of amenities and the beach is so close. The unit was clean, easy to access and they proved many items for us to use at the beach! The management company had great communication and gave us all the needed information to make check in/ out easy. Warning! In July sometimes it gets warm so the unit gets very hot at night and even with the fans provided, windows and doors open it was hard to sleep in the loft and stay comfortable in the main living space. Also, the one bathroom on the lower level was a pain but not a deal breaker.

Home was clean and inviting for our family of four. Location was amazing! Easy to walk to lake and many local amenities.

This is a great condo. Cozy, clean and great location. Perfect for small family with older children. There is only one bathroom & bedroom downstairs on 1st floor. Loft on third floor was perfect for the teenagers. I would stay there again.

This condo is amazing! It is in the most perfect location, very close to Heavenly and close to shopping, food, bars, etc! The hot-tub is a great way to end your day after a long day on the slopes. The condo was very clean and spacious.
