Lakeland Village #521 - Come & Lake It

This vacation rental was nice and clean. We had no issues while in the rental. Everything met our expectations. The only thing I would say is you have to plan ahead, with 4 people and one bathroom it can be congested when trying to get ready to go somewhere. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation home. It is located on the lake and a very short driving distance to heavenly village, extremely convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Come & Lake it unit. The condo was very clean, spacious, and professionally maintained by the agency who kept us updated with all the instructions about check-in and check-out. I was impressed with the kitchen, the cleanliness, and all the supplies it had available for us to cook. Very nice centered location, close enough from the parking to carry all your belongings and steps to the beach.

This place has everything you need for your stay. Full kitchen was great. Easy check in process and great communication! Just steps away from the beach! Loved that we had our own private beach too! Close to everything too! Can’t wait to return to Lake Tahoe and stay again!

Very nice location to have our family reunion at. 41 of us took over 3 condos at Lakeland village and another cabin house about 1.5 miles away. Ages 3-80s, and we all found fun! Close to many amenities and fun things to do. Private beach. A little more expense-wise than i would like, but worth it to be with most of the family a short walk away.

My wife,daughter and I spent a Thursday thru Monday at #521 Lakeland village. The property was clean and comfortable. 1 bathroom gets hectic at times with a teenage girl, but it worked Kitchen is nice and it's great to not have other guests staying above you. We used the pool and beach multiple times, which are both convenient and relaxing. There were always multiple scooters to rent, out front of property, which makes a short ride to Stateline. Great Breakfast place next door, and you can easily walk to 2 different rental facilities, to rent a Sea-Doo, Boat, or Stand-up Paddle Board. We loved the facilites and would definitely recommend this property to friends. We will be back.

This rental was very nice and clean. The staff is exceptional and checked in on us several times from booking to departure. The grounds are very nice as well. Great location, within walking distance of several restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

The central location of the property was excellent. Communication with the property management company was just the right amount. Instructions and expectations were clear and super simple. We had enough space for our family of four. The furniture and space was comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and all of the amenities were so appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean. Lots of near by restaurants and super markets.

Perfect town home for a family of four. A short drive to Heavenly's California Lodge, nearly across the street from Whole Foods, with very comfortable beds. The home is in a community of town homes with parking areas and paths to the units. This means no car noise or lights outside your door. Extremely quiet and peaceful.

Great place in a great location! I wished we could have shared it with more loved ones while we were there. We were there for an out of town birthday and knew two other couples at the party. We were unable to invite them back to our place since we were limited to 5 people max, which was clearly specified on the listing and clearly communicated with no exceptions. Hopefully they can expand the occupancy to, at least, 6 in the future. Otherwise, this place is fantastic!!

The condo is in a nice community close to the beach. We had a problem with a party going on at a unit behind us during quiet hours. The property management was very prompt in their help resolving the matter.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and the condos are just down the street from all of the shops in southlake. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the casinos or shops, it picks up on the hour. Very convienient. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The beds were a little hard, bedding was nice,the beach towels are included which was great. Overall really good, we would come back again.

Our stay was nice and cozy. The condo was really comfortable. THe master bedroom bed was a litle hard,but the bedding was nice. The location is perfect close to the beach and shops. We would stay again.

Perfect location in South Lake Tahoe convenient to everything. Rental management staff was very helpful and pleasant to correspond with. Unit was very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to make a nice dinner.

We came up from LV for a getaway and your staff was very prompt on returning our one call. I would stay here again for sure.

Good place

Property was as advertised. Check in and property information was great. Property manager called to verify everything and answer questions prior to our arrival. Unit was very clean, well located, close to heavenly ski slopes, etc. We were a family of four and there was ample space for our young boys. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

What a treat to stay in Lakeland Village! Perfect location with beautiful beach access, pools and hot tub (with a view of the lake). We also enjoyed walking and riding the Lime Scooters to neighboring restaurants and shops. Sugar Plum Bakery across the street is a must! This unit was perfect for our anniversary getaway, but we also look forward to returning our two boys this winter. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds and linens were comfy and lots of space to relax. We highly recommend it!

Very nice updated property, Beautiful beach, close to everything. We walked almost everywhere. The property itself is very nice, recently updated and very well maintained.

This property was really nice, close to walk or short drive to anything in South Lake Tahoe. The beach and pool are less than a 5min walk from the place and have a private beach used for guests. We never had more than a few other families near us. They even had beach loungers available. It was really quiet inside. Even with people staying in the the adjoining units. The only con was a smell, not super strong but there. Like stale cigarettes or old smoke. It was musty, we could never put our finger on what the smell was. The home was clean.

This cute condo was great for our family of 5. Pros: proximity to the beach, convenient washer and dryer, clean, loft for the kids, well stocked kitchen, beach toys and board games, plenty of blankets, fans and household supplies and owners were super helpful answering all my questions before arrival. Cons: master bed was not super comfy and pillows were very flat, but I spoke with the owners and they were going to see about fixing that!Just a heads up for families, and only because I didn’t really think about it before we got there but the loft with the two beds is on the top floor so at night the kids had to go down two flights of stairs to get to us in the master and the only bathroom. Not a big deal for the age my kids are but just thought I would mention it!Overall a great place to stay!

We had such a great stay! Love the location of this condo! The two pools and spas were amazing and being right there next to the beach was incredible! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were great with communication as well! Very inviting home!

We loved our trip to Tahoe. The beach was gorgeous and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked. It had a nice shower and updated kitchen. My son loved the loft and pool. We would defineatly book here again.
