Short walk to the lake, Heavenly Village and casinos. Very clean and has everything you could need. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable home in a perfect, private community!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in South Lake Tahoe. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, the lights turned on for us, as well as the music channel playing as we entered the door. The beds were comfortable, the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room made visiting easy, and the corner location next to the wooded area was very nice. Of particular note was the property management team, who responded very quickly to all of our inquiries and provided support regarding various appliances and the fireplace (in this case a very helpful video!). One recommendation we would suggest is to provide additional kitchen gadgets (a larger cheese grater, lids for all pots, etc.), but with a rental property we realize this is not always easy. One final note: the property inspector was a very friendly fellow who made us feel even more welcome!

Good location and great condo.

Absolutely wonderful escape to this perfectly situated condo in S Lake Tahoe. Pictures and description of the unit are exactly what you will find. Of note, this unit is next to the wooded area next to the complex. While sitting outside on patio, you feel like you are deep into the woods.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals - this one writes the book for best of the best. The property manager is very communicative, and helpful. The home is exceptionally clean, well maintained, comfortable, well furnished and supplied with useable items. We felt very comfortable, like we were at "home" here, and enjoyed a lovely extended weekend with our family. Not only will we want to stay here again, but we will also look for places managed by RNR. LOVED IT!!

This townhouse was perfect for our family ski vacation in Lake Tahoe. It has a great location near the gondola, and includes everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. We enjoyed the house very much, and all agreed that we would gladly come back in the future.

The unit was in great condition and it's worth the extra money to spend on a nice rental unit. I loved every aspect of the home, including it's ideal location. Great rental and I hope to return soon.

Management was always responsive to any inquiry that I had. I had been cautioned that an early check-in may not be possible but we were able to get in early after all. Location was great - maybe a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and the gondola. The condo turned out to be as nice as the pictures showed. We had a wonderful time skiing in South Lake Tahoe! Restaurants I can recommend are: California Burger Co. - great burgers and salads, Driftwood Cafe and for good food in a really nice restaurant with superb service - Kalani’s

we had a great time staying for 4 nights and loved everything about it.

The place was very well located and beautifully appointed. It was spacious and well maintained and furnished. The only (minor) downside is that they allow pets in the unit. The place was well cleaned and had air-purifiers running but the people allergic to pets did have little bouts of allergies.

This was a sisters road trip and I had my dog. The place has plenty of room and lots of amenities for people and pets and was very clean. The location is very convenient for day trips all around the Lake Tahoe region. We had a few minor issues upon arrival and the RnR team was quick to respond/repair. For future travelers when you are warned about bears, please take it seriously. There are holes in the fences surrounding this gated community including near the corner primary bedroom downstairs (assuming to have bears pass through versus them tear down the fence) and we saw the BIGGEST bear I've ever seen walking thru the parking lot. It was an awesome site to see!!! Thankfully we weren't outside with the dog. Anyways, the place is very comfortable and look forward to another visit to Beautiful Lake Tahoe!!

We stayed a week in September 2023 at a unit in Tahoe Woods managed by RnR. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived and RnR responded promptly and had the issues resolved in less than one day. The unit was as advertised and was stocked with all of the pots and pans and other cooking equipment that we needed for the week. We would definitely stay in an RnR-managed property again.

Great place with so much room to spread out. Great location with a short walk to Heavenly Village, restaurants, shops, bike rentals and so much more.

This rental was great! We were able to grill, walk to the beach, walk to the heavenly stores and restaurants, etc. The property is stocked well and the check in and out procedures were simple. We will check out other properties and will stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation and the home was great however, u don’t enjoy doing steps, this is not your home! It is in a great location ( close to the beach, restaurants and gambling and can accommodate a larger family with the many bedrooms and bathrooms! It was very clean and kitchen had everything! Great laundry room! Love to Be able to walk everywhere! Will be back!

This place is beautiful! We had such a great time. Place is so convenient to everything. It’s a short walk to the lake, restaurants and casinos! This place was very clean and had everything one would need. Bedrooms were spacious with great closets and tv in every one. beds were so comfortable I love to sit on patio with big trees and meadows next to the place. There were a lot of steps .

The pictures do not do this unit justice and the pictures are great! This is a perfect and quiet end unit which we enjoyed and was in pristine condition. No furniture looked worn, unit was spotless, and the beds were wonderful. Highly, highly recommend it. There was no issues during our stay and we hope to return next year. Great location, quiet, safe complex. We went to Alex Ramon magic show at Harveys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was the favorite of the trip. Also if you are looking to horse back ride go to the stables at Camp Richardson. It is a top notch place! Book this property! You will be so thankful you did!!

The house was perfect. Zero issues. It was also within walking distance of the gondola for skiing, restaurants and shops! We’d stay here again for sure.

My three friends and I could not have been more pleased with the accomodations at Tahoe Woods#702. Access was easy, and it was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds with all appliances working properly. Excellent for a group of 4 guys averaging 50 like us but probably even better for a large family, there was still room for each of us to retreat to handle a personal or work call, remote work matter. Best of all, it's only a 10m walk to the Gondola and everything anyone would really need to visit on a ski trip to Heavenly.
Besides the ease of making the reservation on the RnR website, the RnR staff are just so friendly and helpful. If I plan a trip out this way again, then I will be checking with RnR first for a place to stay. Thanks RnR!

Awesome airbnb in South lake Tahoe! A really short walk from the Heavenly Gondola and restaurants/shops in that area. The place was really clean and spacious for the 5 of us and also our doggo! They were very pet friendly and even included some supplies for our pup. Highly recommended place and the snow made it even more amazing.

We all loved the location of the property. The place is near shops and dining. It was also a very clean, tidy and family oriented condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, large space, great location!

Immaculate and spacious space, a true home away from home! My group or 3, plus dog, were very comfortable and couldn’t have asked for more. 2 blocks from Heavenly Village, very convenient location. Would stay again!

I can think of nothing negative to say about this property. We had six family members staying here for a week and had plenty of room. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautiful, roomy, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is also perfect - a tranquil gated community but within walking distance to the lake, casinos, shops, gondola., and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

However, was confused somewhat with the thermostats. Need some instructions posted next to them.

We had a great time. The property was fantastic.
We had a very small problem with the smoke detector and the maintenance folks were there with a half hour.

Renting process was quick and easy. Property management readily available and check-in/check-out process was simple.

Fantastic property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this RnR Vacation property. The property was perfect for our week stay. Very clean, comfortable and great layout. The patio had a great, green, view which made you feel that you were in the middle of the forrest. The location was very convenient, walking distance to anything you wanted from groceries, coffee, restaurants and casinos. The host was very accommodating and their timely communication was appreciated. We look forward to visiting this property again soon.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and huge. But even better was it's walkable location to the beach and Heavenly Village. There were a few small items that needed attention (microwave oven door, new batteries for living room remote) and the upstairs was too cold no matter what we did with the A/C so throw blankets in the living room would have been nice. It would have been helpful too if there were beach chairs for us to use, as the place we stayed last year did. But that's a bonus, not a standard! All in all, we'll be back.

This was a perfect place for our family. It is a beautiful and spacious residence in a peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to everything - beach, shops, casinos, and dining. We would love to stay here again.

The house unit is huge and very stylish. Fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, many nice touches "oh, they even thought about that". Close to the major street yet very quiet gated community. Overall I'm very impressed with this property and have only two minor counter-points:
1. The waste water piping is right by the bedrooms and sensitive sleepers may hear water rushing down from above pretty clearly (our upstairs neighbors made very frequent use of the facilities during the night and took showers early in the morning). So more thought could've been given to sound insulation.
2. Provide pillows were very thick and not comfortable, we finished up buying cheap smaller pillows at Target. But we're quite fastidious in that respect.
