Exactly as described. Very clean. Good location. The fire pits overlooking the lake were beautiful!

Great stay close to the water, restaurants, and grocery stores. Loved that there was a kitchen in the room with pans and everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast before the day.

Wonderful place to stay!! The room is great and clean. Amazing location and amenities. Highly recommend for a nice place to stay. The company is very responsive and informative. One note is the walls are a little thin, you might hear your neighbors but it’s not too bad. :)

Loved being right next to the lake with a nice beach a pier to walk on. The studio was clean and quiet and has everything you need.

My wife and I were in South Lake Tahoe for a weeklong event. The location was great for lake access, restaurants, and groceries, as well as attending event during the days. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe, CA.

This studio was perfect for two! I did read the comments prior to renting and it seems a few people had a minor complaint of the AC unit. I had no such complaint because the AC unit sounds just like its supposed to sound. Its not a central unit but it did keep a room cool. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc! If you have never been to South Lake Tahoe you are missing out on one of the most beautiful, most peaceful places on Earth! RnR Vacation Rentals made my first visit to Tahoe amazing. They were so informative of restaurants, water sports rentals, and "must see" locations. Kirsten

Room was nice, very clean, and great amenities. We loved having easy access to the beach area. A lot of great nearby restaurants within a mile from the place. Look forward to returning in the future.

This was a Great place for my wife and I. We went on a last minute 4 day snowboarding trip. We made our reservations just one day before we arrived. RnR was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. It's a studio apartment, but feels bigger. The bed is Comfortable, Nice linens , modern kitchen, & it was spotless. RnR staff is friendly & helpful. This place is great value for money. The location is fantastic if you are there to snowboard or ski at Heavenly Ski Resort. It's a 2 minute drive from the property, and all the other Tahoe ski resorts are within an hours drive. Lake Tahoe is a short walk from the unit. It's close to several great local restaurants and grocery stores. Great place, great host, great location, unbelievable price ! We will definitely be going back. Rent with confidence! The airport in Reno is a just over an hour away.

Great stay for the weekend

This is a great option for a Tahoe stay. The place is cozy and in a lodge community that has a welcoming feel. Our only negative was that we had an issue with the oven but the hosts were responsive and helped with the issue promptly.
